I woke up early this morning trying to get one tire patched, but then I ended being told my tires were bald, and needed a new set. Which was very much true BTW. One place quoted me $1000 including install, and I might be a woman but I knew that was ridiculous. Walmart didn’t have what I needed either. But this place! As soon as I called, an extremely pleasant and sweet Tyler answered all my questions and quoted me an extremely reasonable price, let me know he could get me in right away, and when I got to the store, I was even given a military discount! I was in a time crunch for lunch but these guys got me done in about 25-30 minutes, educated me on the importance of tire rotation, which comes free after you buy, and they were all soooo kind! If I could rate this store 1000 stars I would! This is definitely the place to go. Thank you so much again Tyler, and the rest of this wonderful team for taking care of me. My car rides sooo smooth now! ❤️

Much better service here at Discount Tire than next door at Evans tire. Discount tires actually honors their tire warranties, whereas Evans does not. The management here is wonderful. I highly recommend here

This has to have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. All the questions I had were answered with extra detail and explanation. Mike is a master in this work and knows everything under the sun about it. He was happy to help, even price matched my tires, and hooked me up with a plan for which tires to go with in the future since mine have been discontinued. This place is worth any drive to ckme to.

This location has a kind, calm and helpful staff. Jesus helped me yesterday with a tire exchange that went smooth and I’m happy with the price I paid and the sticky tires I bought. I’d highly recommend this location!

I came in with a slow tire leak, they found a small nail and I was shocked to learn they repair that kind of damage free of charge. They did me too I should replace 2 tires soon but there was no heavy pressure salesmanship. They have a lot of staff to get you checked in quickly and get the repairs done. I was there less than 30 minutes.

Two of the cheapest tires for a Honda accord is $330. The PSI of those tires should be at 33, my back tire read at SIXTY!! after I left the shop, and I started working, as I am a rideshare driver. Dangerous as hell. I am extremely concerned at the Lbs my tires were torqued. But these employees are overworked and underpaid. To the DM, operations manager, & owner: pay your staff w benefits genuinely well & y’all wouldn’t have so many claims and actually retain employees. they patch up nails & do tire rotations for free tho

I’m particular AF and this place is awesome every time. ?
I have a lot of vehicles, swap out winter/off-road/highway tires seasonally, and I’m always looking for a sale…but, I keep coming back here. Frankly, Evan’s in Little Italy and MV both made me feel gross after those experiences.
I tried using a work affiliated shop this week and it was such a pain in the @$$…put the tires back in the pickup and drove 20 min here to give them my money.
Mike is the man; and, the day I came here in a terrible mood, the young man, Tyler, diffused the situation and I left with a better attitude and fixed ride. I don’t know why I keep wasting my time and money elsewhere.

This location has come through for me several times. Recently, I got there 8 minutes before closing and they still took care of me. I had a slow air leak in 1 tire and wanted a rotation. They pulled my car in within 2 minutes and were done in about 10 minutes. There were several employees standing around talking but as soon as the car was lifted, they swarmed each of the tires and went to work. I was watching intently and everyone knew what they were doing. The guy checking the air leak was very fast and i bet he could have done it with his eyes closed. I could see employees working on other cars were just as quick. I couldn't help noticing everyone working on tires seemed very motivated and cheerful, maybe they wanted to go home or maybe they enjoy working with each other. Either way, it was to my benefit. They do push the wiper blade upsell a bit much, but just happens that i needed new wipers. Finding the correct wipers for my vehicle took longer than the actual tire labor. The guy who looked for the leak was very apologetic for not being able to find anything wrong with the tire, he seemed genuinely disappointed by it. The fact this location has gotten me in and out in under 30 minutes, as a walk-in, at least 3 times is good enough for 5 stars.

Had appointment for 1:45PM for tire rotation and they had it done in around 30 minutes on a busy day. One star off for leaving some of my stem valve caps loose however. Have had them fall off before on the road. Overall good experience and respectful team.

They sold me four tires for my Mercedes and it was under $700 for some nice tires that feel so good to drive on! I was appreciative that they didn’t try to upsell me just bc it’s a Mercedes. They listened to the standard that I was looking for as well as my budget. I would definitely go back here and will if I can get other services done. **Also I was in and out in less than 45 min to buy the tires and have them Installed (during busy lunch hour). I’m thankful

I have come here a few times to have my car looked at when my tire light comes on. Discount Tire has been my go to since I started driving. Mike, the manager, was so helpful with resolving an issue that I had with my tire light. He was super friendly and explained things to me. Buying tires here and their other locations and being able to come for patching and other tire issues is definitely worth it.
