Drove 30minutes here on Labor Day because their google and yelp said they were open. Turns out they are closed would have been nice to save some time and gas driving over here if they would simply manage their online hours better. Amp Draw hobbies in Encinitas said they were open online and they were in fact open! Hopefully this place can do better in the future to help prevent customers from wasting their time and money driving over here.

Friendly and helpful. Really nice selection of kits. RC seems to be a specialty but all hobby aspects are represented.

Lots of options for your hobby needs, prices are normal to mid high range and half the staff is friendly and helpful and two of the guys I encountered there not so much. Only couldn’t even bother to look up at me to direct me toward the parts I was looking for and the other was too cocky with his knowledge telling me the part I’m seeking doesn’t exit even though I had one in my hand. But the other guys were nice and specially the tall black gentleman. He was super helpful, I didn’t catch his name but he was a big help. Not sure if he was an employee or just a hobbyist since he was on the other side of the counter haha. But if you see him there definitely seek him for any questions or advice, he seems very knowledgeable. Also when I say tall I mean like 6’3+ tall haha

Absolutely recommend this place extremely professional been going to other hobby stores for a while and getting ripped off, just found out about this place went in there. They sold me what I needed and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I didn't need. They also gave me extremely helpful advice for the situation I was having, and if I had any questions to come back and they would help me out. As well as the pricing of their products it is very reasonably priced and not marked up as with other hobby stores.I'll be taking my business here from now on even though it is a little bit of a drive for me I'd rather spend the extra few minutes in my car to go to a very professionally operated hobby store.

RC cars, fixed wing, and quadcopter accessories. So many model kits including Bandai. So many Gundam kits, that they don't fit in their own isles. If you're into Gunpla, they sell Dspiae and Tamiya tools. Several hobby paints for sale as well. Price for gunpla seems to be MSRP, so you will not get ripped off.
