Great store to purchase your firearms and ammo. I really appreciate the frequency in sales specials they have. The training staff is top notch! Check out the membership options if you're a semi regular shooter as it will save you money and it's super easy to pre-schedule your range visits! The Morena location is busy so make sure you bring your patience! It will be worth the wait!

I recently purchased a gun from Discount gun mart and I had a great experience! Here are my thoughts:
Nick at Discount Gun Mart was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the right product for my needs.
His expertise really made a difference in my purchasing decision.
The shop itself was well-organized and clean, making it easy to browse the selection. I appreciated the various options available and the way everything was displayed.
I found the prices to be competitive with other local shops. Additionally, they had some good deals that made my purchase even more rewarding.
Overall, I highly recommend Nick at Discount Gun Mart for anyone looking to purchase firearms or related gear. I'll definitely be returning for future!

This place is super disorganized disrespectful to customers and has terrible management. The manager told me they were going to take my money and make me wait years if I wanted the product I purchased and there was nothing I could do about it. This has to be illegal. Do not go there unless you have a good lawyer like mine. You will be robbed!!!

I definitely don't experience the same level of service with everyone at DGM, but Ray Malagon really takes care of his customers. The guy is so good, I was compelled to send this to his management:
I wanted to take a moment to commend Ray for the exceptional service I've received on multiple visits to your store. Not only did he go out of his way to ensure I made the right purchase, but he even took time off his own lunch break to assist me. His dedication and genuine concern for helping customers is obvious. Customers, whether in retail or any other type of business, know when somebody actually cares about what they are doing and that customers have a good experience.
It’s clear that Ray cares deeply about providing the best experience possible and making a difference for both the customer and DGM. He truly stands out as a representative of the kind of service that keeps customers loyal. I believe he is a tremendous asset to your team, and I wanted to make sure his efforts were recognized.

Not only does this gun range need to be updated. They want you to sign a waiver to shoot their gun range which is totally normal. The abnormal thing is they want your home address, email, phone number and drivers license information to shoot their range . That is way beyond the information you need to shoot a range. If buying a firearm yes it’s valid. But to shoot, I do not think so. Think twice before shooting at this range as they’re probably selling all your information to advertisers.

Great variety of products, good prices. However, most staff are unaware of the products. You have to know what you want, why else they'll offer you something that probably won't work for you. That's the only thing I can complain about.

visited the store for a specific item and attempted to call at least six times beforehand with no answer. The item was listed as in stock online, so I made the 45-minute drive to the store, only to be told that while the item was indeed in stock, I needed to order it online. I was informed that it would take a day or two for the warehouse workers to retrieve it. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time. I’ll update this review if management or the owner reaches out to provide a solution.

I love this place. Every time I come in here there's a line and I understand sometimes in life, you have to wait. Every time I get helped I understand why there is a wait- The location is easy to find, the parking lot is plentiful, the pricing is reasonable and the staff is cool as hell. I haven't had the pleasure working with the owner but every time I see him interact with a customer I can tell he truly appreciates us.
I recently placed an order for a harder to get lever action. The process was easy, I was quoted potential wait times and I even got a small history lesson out of it and I paid the deposit which was only 20%. Every time I've worked with these guys it's been nothing but positive

Hard to get help
Very bad attention without regard of age. I'm a 57 woman ,first time buyer American. I tried uselessly and unsuccessfully to get advice from clerk (some Josh) even if I had waited for attention they made me wait on lane two times, more than 45 minutes. After waiting more than an hour i ordered a small 380:acp and then waited more than two months and they never got it and finally the guy tried to sell me another gun priced at double. I didn't know it was that hard for an American woman ,with not criminal record to buy a small caliber 380 acp for self defense???
