I would not recommend this clinic after the worst experience twice. Some of the staff are very unprofessional. First time last year, I went because I had stitches in my hand & needed to follow up with a doctor for the stitch removal. I went to about 4 appointments, and they’d only say I have to wait to remove the stitches. They’d keep saying “it looks good”, and “everything is fine” until my hand started leaking pus. The stitches started to sink within my hand, resulting in a terrible fever. Finally, after the fourth time a doctor that was more knowledgeable attended me & told me I have to go to emergency urgently. When I went to emergency, they told me the stitches had to be removed within 2 weeks. The Doctor in the Sharp hospital asked me why I waited so much to get them removed, and I explained to them the whole situation.And Today I went in to this clinic again, because I have had eczema in my skin for many years. I when I finished my registration the register in front she told me that I need to wait outside the clinic because my “rash” could be contagious and they need to follow the protocol. I understand that part, but I didn’t understand why I have to wait outside when I only have an eczema, caused for the seasons, food, or just my skin condition which I have for so many years. I work with kids and I'm always around people and they've never been infected for anything.. I explained my situation, that it’s just eczema & not a rash or anything contagious, the register person insisted that I had to wait outside. I felt discriminated. That made me feel so bad. And I went home. Don’t come back again to diamond clinic.

Dr. Valenzuela's behavior during my appointment was beyond unprofessional. She laughed in my face when I shared my health concerns, displayed a lack of honesty about returning to the room, and was incredibly rude and dismissive. As a patient advocate, she failed miserably. Dr. Valenzuela's unprofessionalism reached another level when she audibly expressed exasperation upon leaving the room for the second time. No patient should ever feel like a burden, yet her behavior conveyed just that.Furthermore, the extensive wait times—30 minutes past the scheduled appointment and an additional 15 minutes after she left the room before I could receive my flu shot—further exacerbated the unprofessional nature of the visit.

been coming here what 6, 7 years and they still have NO WIFI or signal so if you have a ride or family to monitor youre dead to the world until you walk to the sidewalk at best. super fun. when waiting a long time its rough. definitely bring books. those never go out of style. derm is wonderful here. only upside. she gets 5 whole stars cos shes awesome and does not misdiagnose! she is the star of this location. periodt

It's a long story. But this last visit ( today ) with the medical side was the worst. It is not the first time but I let it slide ,now a second time is NOT ok.In the past they have rated 5 + stars for me. I know it's a great clinic and hopefully you read my review and fix whatever the problem is.

Dr. Sarah KoyamaNot recommend! Unpleasant experience! They always late and disorganized facility.I showed up on time with severe tooth pain waiting for over an hour for Dr. Sarah Koyama, young and inexperience doctor, she came back to tell me I have to wait at least another half an hour, I had to walk away with lots of pain!!! Oh I am sure a lots of patiences are going through the same experience as I had.There are better Dentist facility in town.

If you have an appointment, you expect to be seen that day right ? Wrong. T______TCame in for my scheduled appointment and had to wait in line due to short staffed front desk. When I got to front, I was told I was a 3mins late to my appointment and that the space had been given to someone else as a walk in.Horrible service, regardless of what I am there for - I should be able to be seen on the scheduled time I was given / called off work for.Will not be returning to this Clinic, as this was my first time and they didn't seem to care one bit.Go somewhere else and have your insurance pay a medical facility that actually cares about the people they are suppose to physically care for.Diamond Family Health Center, I suggest you fire the front desk staff that aren't willing to do their jobs properly so they can go home at the end of day.What a joke of a " Clinic ".GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU WILL NOT BE HELPED HERE.
