I came to this thinking they were honest, productive and really reliable but after three estimates and price kept sky rocketing it was frustrating. Specially knowing what I wanted and requested it was just a waste of time. Canceled all and still getting charged? for nothing

Paid for the to install a water pump and oil pan on a 1970 c10 and to install a Holley terminator Max x kit, after I was there for a few hours hanging out on putting my own pump on the truck I went home to let them finish. After calling and waiting for multiple days eventually I was told they couldn't do the work due to complications. Ended up paying for the work I did in the truck to get it towed to another shop, and they were able to install the oil pan easily and helped wire the truck at half the cost they quoted. I'd never go there for anything way better custom shops around.

Don’t get your car painted here.Originally I brought my Miata hard top to Diamond Motors for them to paint match it to the body of the car, after chatting online briefly I dropped it off for paint on November 20th, 2020. They finished the top on December 14th, 2020 so it took them about a month to finish the paint. After less than a year I noticed the paint had started to peel up and had a bunch of imperfections(photos attached), I messaged the owner about it and after seeing the top they agreed to redo it, i originally messaged them September 25th 2021 and after bothering them constantly they finally agreed to a day I could bring it in (after asking for a refund). I finally brought it in December 13th, 2021 almost two months later. Today is January 11th and apparently they’re done, the paint seems better(last photo) although we’ll see if it’ll start peeling again with time. Even the seal around the back window that I paid extra for (to get a new one) looks horrible. Considering I paid $640.00 for what I thought would be a premium paint job, I’m reasonably upset with the service and quality work I was provided. Owners and workers seems nice but the paint quality is just not good. (Update January 12th) the seal fell off around the back window, this was to be expected though as the owner said “we tried to put the seal on as best as we could, let me know if it falls off I have a guy”.

Friend asked me to come pick up a part for him and the guy at the store had to ask his boss for permission to sell said part. The guy calls his boss 30+ times for over 15 times no pickup. Same thing happens the next day until I finally persuade the worker to sell me the part. Horrible management.

Needed to get maintenance done and they replaced my Timing Belt, Tensioner, Pulleys, Valve Cover Gasket, Serpentine Belt, and resealed any leaks I had on the block. Overall high quality work, great price, and even a quick turn around time. They are extremely friendly and I will definitely be taking my car back for any future repairs.

Excellent service although it was a bit slower than expected and price was quite reasonable. Definitely would be coming back. They are not perfect but I think they provide above average service.

Recently my passenger side tab for my bumper completely broke off, in a pinch I tried some diy methods but nothing held up. I took the bumper to Diamond Motors and they were able to make a new bumper tab as well as repair a crack on the driver side tab I didn't even notice!! I dropped the bumper off on Wednesday and got it back the next morning. Very pleased with the outcome. The work they perform is high quality. They do honest work, they have great prices especially. Also can't forget to mention the respect and openness they have for their customers. Thanks again guys, looking forward to performing business with y'all in the future!

My car was seriously damaged by a local detailing “shop” who ripped the clear coat off during what should have been a routine cut and buff process. Several panels were destroyed in the process. I brought the car to Diamond Motors to repair the damaged areas. The customer service was excellent. These guys were able to perfectly color match the panels and get me back on the road quickly.
