Experience was not good. We purchased a bedroom set and were told that if we paid cash they would not charge us sales tax. That was an unusual request. What legitimate business does this? I would think one avoiding taxes. That should have been my clue. Next delivery was an issue. The delivery charge was $189. When we went to schedule delivery we asked it be delivered the on Saturday. The delivery company was going to charge us a daily fee if we didn’t accept delivery the next day. I said not to deliver I will make other arrangements. I rented a uhaul to pick up the furniture. When I showed up to pick up the bedroom set, the delivery company had picked up my furniture and said they would deliver. They tell me it will be delivered at 12:00 but didn’t show up til 3:30. Then they tried to charge my wife $230 for delivery. She called me and i said just pay them the $189 we were originally quoted and let’s cut our losses and never go back. Now the kicker after all that we had my son and daughter-in-law stay and use the bed. First night before bed they sat on the bed and the rail boards split and bed fell apart. Didn’t even get one night sleep. Looked like it was repaired previously.Caution regarding shady cash paying request, check your stuff before you buy, and watch the ridiculous delivery fees. They have some arrangement with the delivery company they recommend.ThxZack C

I visit this design shop on a regular basis just to look around and see what new items they have in stock. Today I went in to look for a Wall Bed and purchased a floor model. I also really like the decor items and purchased a rustic hand woven tall floor vase which I am in love with and will probably stop and smile each time I walk by it in my living room.

Wow! Really nice furniture and more! The ladies waited an hour for me. I was running very late. Very friendly and still gave me discounts. All the furniture there is really nice. Real wood! Real pieces! It was so nice to see! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for special pieces for their home. Unique!
