The tech Tim reached out to confirm the appointment early in the day. He also reached out when he could come earlier than scheduled. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Fixed the dent in under 1 hr and price was spot on with the estimate I had received. Dent had completely disappeared. Thanks for running such a great business, will definately use again.

My brand-new Mazda CX-9 was significantly damaged by lots of golf ball sized hail while on a July 2023 road trip in the Midwest. Another top-of-the-line craftsman that did some previous work on my car, Brandon Herrington, recommended Dent Time as the place to go to get it fixed properly. I still can't believe the flawless job they did in removing every single dent. I'm a crazy stickler for detail and these guys may have me beat. Myke Toledo owns and runs the shop and he and his team are as reputable and easy to deal with as they come. And to top it all off, the price was right. Look no further, Frank.

10/10 for customer service and honesty. JOHN came all the way to downtown to check out a small dent on my hood. After inspection, he was honest with me and let me know that you can only repair things so much. He said he could try with no guarantees but I declined. Nevertheless, an overall great customer service experience. I'll be using them in the future and I recommend them to anyone!

I’m the proud owner of a 1957 Chevy 210.Somehow a nasty crease appeared dead center of the hood and across a vertical body line.We all know the cost of body work and matching custom paint is very expensive.Big Jon was able to remove the crease and no paint damage The pics tell the story!
