I actually commissioned another company (whose name I won't mention), but my car was transferred to "Dent and Scratch pro" for a cosmetic paint job. Since I had not commissioned them, and they now had my car, I went to their shop to speak to the manager (Abraham)! Not only was Abraham willing to spend time with me to answer questions and explain why they had my car, the owner (whose name I didn't commit to memory) spend quite a bit of his time talking with me about how it came to be that they had my car and confirmed the work that would be performed. To be honest, I was skeptical about "this other company" painting my car. After all, I didn't commission them! However, after spending about 30 minutes with the owner, I felt confident and relieved that they were doing the work! As the story goes: I picked up my car today (one day early) and am ecstatic at the job they did! It looks amazing! It looks like a brand new car! It's actually my wife's car and she couldn't be happier! She is thrilled! Abraham and his crew performed brilliantly! I now have a body and paint shop that I will use in the future if the need arises! And I will definitely tell my friends! I highly recommend Dent and Scratch Pro on Black Mountain Road for all of your body needs! They are professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with! And they do a fantastic job! Take my advice, go see them today! (Or tomorrow, or the next day!)

I had a scratch on the back left corner of my rear bumper from another car backing into it. I decided to get my bumper repainted here because Abraham gave me the best price out of the 4 places I visited for a free estimate. The only reason why I docked off a star is because I put a deposit down to secure my appointment and when I showed up to drop off my car, they couldn't take it since I believe they had a lot of car walk-ins two days prior. Kind of a bummer because it took time out of my morning to drive to the shop, along with my friend who was going to drive me back, so I wish I got a call about it rather than showing up just to leave and come back again on a different day. I did get offered a courtesy Uber ride since Abraham felt bad about the incident and I was able to pick up my car a day earlier than I expected, so not a big deal. Overall, the service was good, and it looks like nothing ever happened to my car.

I had scratched three panels of my car on a parking post. I went around to various auto body shops, each of which quoted me over 2k for the repair. Abraham not only offered the best price, but his team made my car look like nothing happened to it in the first place. I also got my car back a day sooner than expected. Definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of a repair, and I will be back should my car encounter any future damages.

I would recommend Abraham and his team to anyone. I scratched my car up and they put so much attention into my car. It looks good as new and I'm so happy with the results. Abraham is such a good communicator and let me know what was going on with my car every few days. They went above and beyond to fix a huge dent on my car that I caused and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of their work!

The tech did a decent job on the body work, BUT the paint match was way off.We scheduled a time for him to come back to fix the mismatch. The day of the 2nd appointment he was way behind schedule and I couldn’t wait any longer so I asked to reschedule. HE NEVER SHOWED UP for the third appointment to fix the paint problem and now HE WON’T RETURN MY CALLS OR TEXTS.

abraham explained he would install a new bumper. in under a month the area that had the initial damage showed signs of cracking. clearly a botched repair job which was not what i payed for. be careful of this scammer.

Came here to get a scratch removed. He asked “have you tried rubbing compound?” I said I hadn’t. Came back with a little rubbing compound and rubbed it out in about 3 min. When I asked what the charge was - I was told “refer a friend.” I’ll be back if (hopefully not when) I have a worse scratch for sure.
