I had the pleasure of dealing with Larry, an appraiser at Dent and Scratch Pro body shop right off of Rosecrans before you get on the 8 East or 5 North!Larry was professional, courteous, thorough,and very knowledgeable! Most of all I liked his reasonable estimate!Thank you for what you do!

I took my 2009 Mustang to Larry at Dent & Scratch Pro in Point Loma after my front bumper was hit in a parking lot. He provided me with an estimate and also suggested having it detailed. Larry was very accommodating in scheduling and also communicated in a timely fashion. He is knowledgeable and professional. The car bumper was repaired beautifully, and he even corrected a dent that we had not seen. The car looks amazing after being detailed both inside and out. I had never treated myself to detailing but am glad I did! Larry provides incredible service at a fair price and high-quality workmanship. I recommend Dent & Scratch Pro 100%!! Thank you, Larry!

Larry at Dent & Scratch Pro Point Loma is THE MAN! I have no reservations recommending his services to anyone in need of body work. He went way above and beyond the call of duty for me and had my Subaru in and out of his shop the same afternoon that I dropped it of. He's definitely made a customer for life. Thanks, Larry!

I went in for a quote and Larry promised he would email it and never did. When I called requesting the document, he blamed me for him not following through. He promised he would send it later today, and when I told him I'd wait on the phone till I received it, he hung up on me. Not only is this shop's professionalism severely downgraded by employing Larry, but in the store, their informal quote was 3x the other quotes I received

He helped contact the insurance company when there were some issues and handled everything great. He offered helpful tips (like that Enterprise would let me drop the rental off at his shop to save time) and my car was done in less than one day. Larry is very communicative and offers great and quick service. Highly recommend you bring your car into this shop!

Larry and his team are the best. He told me the difference between what I could do and what I should do with my aging Subaru. They got all the dents out and got the door to open properly and the price was extremely reasonable.I would recommend this place to anyone with a car that needs some TLC.

someone backed into my car while it was parked, and it left scuffs on the bumper. i reached out to larry for a quote and info, and he was promptly responsive. the turnaround time was an hour, and before the process even started, larry was very thorough and transparent about the potential outcomes/other options we could explore if buffing wasn't going to solve things. he was patient, informative, knowledgeable and led me to feel that he had my best interests at heart. and wasn't just out for a cash grab. the person he had working on my car was also friendly and attentive. i told him that i hope i don't have to come back to his shop because i don't want any more car issues, but i would absolutely recommend his shop if you have scuffs, scratches, or even dents! (i cannot personally vouch for dent repair since this wasn't the service i had requested). if you want honest work at a reasonable price-point, reach out to this place!

Larry is a true professional who has a genuine sense of service. He is honest, transparent, and is clearly looking out for your best interest. I had an outstanding experience with him and if you're looking for the best repair shop, look no further. Larry is fast and effective with his work and treats you like you were his family/friend. I had a Mercedes GLE 53 that needed some costly repairs and he really went to bat for me to the insurance company and was able to increase the insurance payout by a significant amount. Can't say enough positive things about this business and Larry himself.

A pleasure to work with and super accommodating. I dropped by for an estimate, and Larry was able to get the work completed the very next day. He and his team got the job done super fast and saved me a ton of time and money...thanks Larry!
