Incredible Live Scan experience! Fast, easy, and highly professional. DJ helped me out right away and was very thorough with the whole experience, asking me all the appropriate questions and making sure everything went through and was complete. Jad and Ryan were also very helpful and answered any questions I had and just made the experience easy and friendly. Highly recommend this establishment and I have always had a good experience with their mailing services as well. 10/10!

I love this place. They do it all here. Shipping. Faxing. Mailboxes with a personal address. Package drop offs for all carriers. PA+ is the best! The owner jad and manager Kelsy are amazing.

After waiting for 30 mins for finger prints, the middle aged red head woman working there ignored me and kept walking in circles and running off to the back room. Then she helped several other people that were behind me before bothering to acknowledge me. Her coworker had to point out that she was ignoring me. Then she complained to her coworker that she did not want to help me with my finger prints after he had told me that they could help me, then argued with me about what services I needed. After arguing she refused to help me because she was being lazy. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had and definitely will not be going back and do not recommend to anyone.

Clean well run store. Esmeralda is about he hardest working person you will meet. She worked so diligently even when we were so close to closing hours and most of the people in line where there for live scans.
She was on her own, taking calls and assisting customers in line, and even receiving the amazon prime delivery people, she also delivered a package to an older customer parked right outside.
Everyone saw her working so hard, that customers were extra patient and accommodating, praising her and some of them even offering their assistance. I will be using this shop in the future and highly recommend them for their customer service.

This place was great! I had a complex form that I needed to get filled out, and fingerprints, and they had to mail it off. They took care of all of that with no problem, and also mailed back my return items! This place is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their multiple businesses, and I definitely recommend them for anything.
