The room was really dirty you wouldn’t wanna sleep on those beds they don’t wash the sheets or pillow cases so if you go here expect to sleep on trash like literally. They don’t even broom or mop, I asked for cleaning products they do not have any only air freshener, if you stay here bring your own blankets and honestly not for family they also have cockroaches dead one I didn’t see any live ones when I stayed I also had to clean the room myself the rest room is really dirty and unsanitary hair all over the restroom. Just really gross and nasty ? DONT STAY HERE .

Beautiful stay, the staff there were extra nice and respectful. Just to bring extra money for deposit and parking is extra.

Customer Service was great and friendly, but the reason for the lowish score was because while the room was generally clean and didn't smell, there were ants in the bathroom that managed to get over our clothes. Mind you, there weren't a lot of ants, a couple, and I only found two or three on our things, but it's something that definitely shouldn't be present in a hotel room at all.
Everything else, but the parking, was lovely. The TV was really outdated, but not too burdensome, and it was generally quiet at night despite it being busy on the weekend. Did it feel like the safest place? Ehhh, I've been in worse, but the staring from other patrons was weird.
What I did not appreciate at all was paying for parking on top of paying for our rooms already. I don't see the reason for it and I detest such practices. Customers are already spending hundreds of dollars staying at your establishment, I do not see the reason to charge 20 bucks A DAY to park, and even then to find parking when it's late at night after eating, and struggling to find any open spaces near your room is stupid.
That concludes that we will not be returning, sorry for the paying to park feature. Everything else (ants aside) was lovely.

Not the best location but in a location with many options for hotel stay. Location is near traveling spots like sea world, old town San Diego. The room we had was comfortable. No complaints. Parking available with stay. Comfy beds. The staff was nice but didn’t really have to communicate with them only for check in time. Simple process to check in and out.
Nearby activities: San Diego zoo , sea world, old town San Diego.
Food & drinks: In house small snack shop with food items as well. Restaurant next door.

Located in the hotel circle area in San Diego. The place is easily accessible from the airport. The rates are reasonable. The front desk staff is very friendly. I have booked room with kitchenette, however the stove top didn't work. The rooms are good for a short stay. The shower pressure is really great at this hotel. The parking is charged an additional based on your booking. The parking lotlofor lower level rooms are easy and can park next to your room. Overall a decent stay.

We recently stayed for five nights, and the experience was so disappointing. The rooms were run-down, with issues like a tub that took forever to drain, things falling apart, and even a few bugs. But everything felt manageable until we began seeing mice running around! We were in rooms 103-104 on the main floor. They offered to move us to the third floor but we told them we’d let them know when we got back from SeaWorld as My mother has spinal/walking issues, and we had four small kids with us, so constantly going up and down wasn’t ideal However when we asked to be moved they were unfortunately fully booked. So we had to deal with it. We asked housekeeping to clean up mouse droppings (separate times) in the bathroom and on tables two days in a row, but they never did, so we had to clean it ourselves. Maintenance provided us with two traps each, and on our last night, my mom’s traps caught two mice. It was absolutely disgusting. Their response? Just a “sorry.” How can they operate a place like this, knowing mice are roaming around?
We couldn’t leave any food out, as the mice would get to it and we spent the nights keeping the kids on the beds and constantly watching for mice. None of us got any real sleep. I will absolutely not stay here again, if we weren’t in a complete rush this morning I would’ve asked to speak to the manager. This isn't how anyone should spend their vacation!

This hotel is perfect for getting into the city on the bus, with a stop right outside the hotel entrance. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Nice to have the pool and hot tub, and the cafe staff are lovely too. Would definitely stay here in the future!
Safety: Feels safe here, no issues
Food & drinks: Cafe open until 8pm, then snacks are available at reception area 24/7. Reasonable prices

Trash hardly every picked up and empty beer cans and boxes left on the outdoor stairs the entire time of my 4 day trip. Cigarette butts everywhere on the outdoor walkways. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and mold, Freeway noise was incessant.

Doors are in disrepair with significant gaps allowing road and other noise in. Low Budget hotel. Except for a mall a mile away, nothing to do nearby.

We really enjoyed out stay. The location was perfect to visit historic areas and old town. Even though the hotel was right next to the freeway, it was quiet, the rooms are well insulated. Very lovely decorated with soft lighting out in the parking lot and a sitting area to enjoy the cool evenings. We will come back. Oh, and the beds were very, very comfortable.
Food & drinks: Lots of good restaurants in and around the area. But I will say, the people at the burger place, she was not very friendly, rather rude and I did find a bread tie underneath my burger and a hair. Not the hotel's fault, the hotel was great, and they offer food. Sorry burger place, I felt it was done intentionally.
