Ac didn’t work they didn’t fix it was told I would have comp room next day they did let do it, and front desk lady said she would try and get it for the amount I gave her in cash and than called a couple hours later asking if I was gonna stay and if so they needed the rest of the hotel payment and I said I am leaving and she wouldn’t give my money back she said no she wouldn’t give it back stating it was the late check out fee than….. never have I ever paid that amount for late check out and it was only 12:30 only and hour and half after check out, and it was cause what she said is why I was there later than check out. So she stole my money.

Hotel is a bit of a dive, smelly rooms, dirty and loud. Trash all over and downright seedy. We were put in a handicap room despite not booking one which would have been ok if it weren't next to the elevator/ice machine which we could hear all night thanks to the thin walls. Ontop of that the water from the shower seeped through the door and ended up all over the floor in one corner of the room. Our fridge was also leaking.Requested a new room which hotel was able to accommodate, but the neighbors in the adjoined room were noisy as hell with the paper thin walls. They were up till 3am blasting music and talking loudly. Good luck sleeping with all the noise from the highway too. Young kids were constantly running around in the parking lot and ran severe risk of getting run over.Beds were fine, pillows were small throw pillows and also uncomfortable. No bug issues for us at least.Not the worst place I've stayed but I wish we paid attention to the reviews before booking. Would never stay again and wouldn't advise anyone to do the same unless it's your last option.

We asked for a room with a kitchenette but the stove didn't work. It had no knobbs on it. The heat didn't work and I had to sleep in my clothes when I got chilly. But overall it was a nice place to stay. I would go back to stay.

The motel is clean. It's a little removed from the thick of things. The breakfast isn't anything to write home about.

The bathrooms were disgusting. Looks like they weren’t even cleaned. Still had hair and dirt from previous guest. Heating/cooling system was super loud. Door handle broken. Roaches in the room. Bed was disgusting. Sheets smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette burns. Parking lot full of loiters. No security guard on premises. Guests yelling and fighting at 3-5am. Stay away!!!

Disgusting hotel with unsafe conditions and unsavory characters. Our room was dirty on check in and reeked of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. We were harassed by other guests during the continental breakfast. The staff did not care that we were unsatisfied. It took almost 2 weeks to be refunded for nights we did not stay despite me calling multiple times.

Only good was the location as it was near the many places I needed to be. Not much peace, and or sleep there. Not quiet, not up to my standards. Will not return nor recommend.

Not in great shape but the beds were comfortable and the water was hot and the pressure was good and it seemed fairly clean.

This is by far THE WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed at!!!! And that says a lot due to the fact that I've stayed at tons of hotels in my 55 years! I travel a lot so I used my Wyndham Rewards points to book this room that was conveniently located close to SDSU right off of the freeway. Do not be fooled by the outdated pictures of their hotel on the website! I was definitely fooled! First of all the service from the man up front was absolutely deplorable! I asked quite a few questions and he could care less what my concerns were being that I was a female traveling by myself and all I cared about was safety. He was very rude and unprofessional but I was running late and I just got my room key and as soon as I parked my car and saw what look like people doing drugs in the back by the dumpster I knew my concerns were valid and I went around and parked in front. As soon as I stepped in my room that appeared clean my shoes were sticking to the floor. The floor was sticky and I called to see if they had any other rooms and he said no. I will not be walking barefoot on this floor and I will be showering with my flip-flops on! There is rust in the sink, rust on the security parts of the door and the only thing that was nice was the bed and the bedding almost felt clean and new. I left in a hurry to my meeting and came back around 8:30pm and had the worst night sleep ever! The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors on each side walking and also the people above you! The windows are paper thin and the worst part is the door insulation that is supposed to keep bugs out and drown out NOISE around the entire frame of the door is Missing! I should have just slept outside with every single noise that I heard!!!!? Every single person step walking in and out of their rooms, every single wheeled suitcase leaving this morning, every single car starting, alarm, and to top it off there is construction across the street that started early in the morning. I will have a very unproductive business day due to this very disappointing hotel! Wish I could give it zero stars! Wish I could post a pic of the door frame but it won't let me.

Maybe one of the worst hotels I have been to. It is not very handicap-friendly as there are stairs everywhere. The breakfast is a joke, only fitting about 16 people and with no selection at all. They only clean the room if you remember to ask for it. The door to my room was very leaky, letting the wind right through.My friend's room had a door inside his room leading to the next room.There are no restrooms in public areas, so if you're at the pool and need to go, you have to find your way to your room.Save your money and find another place.Rooms: Not like in the pictures and dirtyWalkability: Stairs everywhere not handicap frendlyFood & drinks: Food is a joke but on other side off road is great restaurant

Will never even think about staying at this place again. There’s a reason it’s cheap. Weed smoking in the parking lot. People yelling at each other all hours of the day and night. Smashed cars in the parking lot. Sketchy dudes walking around all day and night. Dirt and grime all over the room. Beds are saggy and uncomfortable. Check in was at 3. Didn’t get rooms until almost 5 because “it’s the weekend so it’s busy”. Two very enthusiastic thumbs down.

On the surface the room looked great, however, when checking the kitchen cabinets I found a pipe with a lighter next to it, there were also dirt marks on the sheets, and some sort of towel tied to a stick, which I presumed to be a ghetto mop. This hotel also felt very unsafe, people were lurking on the balconies, looking for their next victim, I could hear screaming through the walls, and there was constant stomping.Rooms: MehSafety: Unsafe

There are tons of roaches. We stayed for 3 nights and never watched TV because it didn’t work/had no signal.Rooms: The rooms are disgusting, stink, infested with roaches, blood and pee on sheets, hair all in the shower, dust/mold in the air systemSafety: You are not safe here. Everyone is on drugs.
