I used this service for my taxes, and his service is competitively priced. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and easy to work with. Additionally, he takes information security seriously and I felt very comfortable sharing my sensitive information with him, trusting that it would be appropriately stored in a secure manner.

David York is a THEIF!!! He took advantage of my 91 y/o father got him to sign over his Estate his POA and POAH to him and than David had a Doctor deem my dad incompetent. He than removed him from his home and placed him in a Memory Care facility. DON'T LET DAVID YORK NEAR YOU OR A LOVED ONE!!! If this review saves just 1victim praise God

I appointed David York Tax Services to set up an LLC for me. I explained my desire to find a local CPA who could work with me long term and assist me with end-to-end set up of my new business. My initial 'discovery' call with David himself went well. However, after that initial touchpoint, I no longer had access to him and was dealing with one of his staff. She was less than inefficient, firstly setting the LLC incorrectly and then having ridiculously long time response times. (She took 6 weeks to respond to one of my emails!). I was left with an LLC in limbo, half set up and a far cry from the end-to end service I was sold and needed. The worst spent $1500 ever. If you require professional, timely and efficient advise on running your business, I'd urge you to look elsewhere.

I had several questions about forming an Scorp. David answered all my questions with good explanations. His staff who answered the phone, she was also really nice and I felt comfortable talking to them. If I form an Scorp I will hire them to help me with it.

Worked there a few years ago. Many returns were prepared with numerous errors and subject to IRS and FTB audit. Corp returns prepared without sufficient officer compensation subject to fines and penalties.

My husband and I have been going to David for about 6-8 years at least he's always nice and helpful . He answers my 1000 of questions about taxes during the pandemic and helped file my amendment. He and his staff are great and very knowledgeable.

Hands down best accountant I’ve had. He helped me switch from an LLC to an S Corp for my taxes. At t he end of the day it’s saved me thousands. I also decided to get another S Corp with David for another business in San Diego.

This firm gave me incorrect info has to how much money I owed. I overpaid $4k in taxes. He Refuses to help me fix the problem and get my $4k in overpayment that I was advised to pay. Also would call me at late hours (7pm) to finalize taxes.
