I recently had the pleasure of working with David Wright at NMSI Inc, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I first contacted David, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best loan solution for my needs.
The loan application process was seamless, thanks to David's attention to detail and ability to guide me through each step. He explained everything clearly, provided regular updates, and made himself available whenever I had a question or concern. Even when I encountered a hiccup with one of the required documents, David worked quickly to resolve the issue and keep the process moving forward.

I unequivocally feel that David is the reason that I was able to secure a wonderful home that fit all of my desires as quickly and with the ease that I did. I would entrust vouching for his business acumen and integrity with any of my friends and family and can't see myself doing business with anyone else in the lending field.
I previously met with lenders and was off put by their lack of interest in communicating with me and their seeming investment in just being sure a deal was closed irrespective of if it reflected my interests. As a first time homebuyer, I wanted to better understand the steps to homeownership. I'm a professor and so I had already read and researched the market- it was the actual protocol and procedure of it that was unclear for me. David walked me through it all before and along the entire way. He not only advised me of the properties that made the most sense for me but provided me with the data to ensure that I was making a sound financial decision. Beyond his communication with me, he actively worked with my realtor, the seller, and escrow to ensure that purchasing the home went without a hitch. I've come to find out that such acts are generally beyond the scope of lenders- but his ethics and integrity for making sure he serves the folks he works with transcends the competition.
Since I've purchased, he has remained in communication with me to assist me with various related tasks. I'm grateful that he was so fervently recommended to me and now I know why. I know how intimidating purchasing a home can be- especially if it's your first- and for those reasons I can't recommend David Wright enough. He will demystify the home buying process for you and help make owning a home a reality.

I had an opportunity to interact with David when I made a bicoastal move. I rented an apartment from him and truly enjoyed my space. He was an honest, businessman, attentive landlord and fair in all the decisions when it came to the rental agreement during the 2 year time span that I lived in one of his properties. I rented from him without seeing the apartment and had to trust him from another coast, that is was getting what was advertised and I had ZERO ISSUES! He even helped with additional moving concerns that come with moving across America and it helped to make the transition better and put me as ease and I am forever grateful for his character and integrity.

We first worked with David to finance our first house purchase. Although we did not have the highest dollar offer, David was able to close the deal by understanding the wants of the seller and setting up a quick 14 day close period.At all times during the process, he and his team were personable and readily available to answer our questions, and the loan was ready to close earlier than the already accelerated timeline.Just a few months later rates dropped significantly, so again we reached out to David to refinance. He was able to secure us a competitive rate, and just as before everything went smoothly with all our questions answered quickly over the phone.I highly recommend working with David, and will no doubt be reaching out to him if rates drop again next year.

David is top notch. He knows his field inside out and is able to provide the best advice and information. What's really amazing about him is that he WILL provide the best advice and information for his client, even if it means not getting your business or not getting it immediately. My situation is unique and I faced a decision to proceed now, or wait a bit longer to buy. I COULD have purchased now, which clearly would have been better for David's business, but he advised me to do what is best for me, even though that means waiting a bit before proceeding. When I go forward with my purchase plans, I will definitely be going through David for the loan.

I would like to give a huge Thank You to David and his team for a stress-free mortgage loan process. When I first called David, I asked him how fast he could close a deal and he said 14-days. Well, he did in 15 days, and probably could have been done sooner if I agreed to close on a Friday instead of Wednesday. David and his team know how to get the job done!! Thanks David!!

David and his Team were there for me every step of the way. In my negotiations to purchase an additional property, things did not go as planned... but one thing I did know for certain, is that David Wright had my back. He protected me from making any mistakes that would have cost me. He consulted not just with me, but my agents, the other agents, the seller - all utilizing his expertise, knowledge, and insights into what makes a good deal. He put me - his client first, and I will forever recommend him. I ended up walking away from this deal. I would not have been as confident in my decision to walk away - without his insights and desire to do 'what is best' for his client = me. He did not make any money on this deal, and in fact spent a great deal of time and probably $ in trying to make it all work. But - he again brought it back to 'what is best for me', and I will be forever grateful for this insights. I trust him to do what is right, what is best, and cannot wait to use him again to make the right deal come true for me. Way ta go David - you guys were awesome! Forever grateful!
