Dave is wonderful. I needed a custom pantry built to match our existing kitchen cabinets. I previously hired another contractor who did not produce a satisfactory result, and worked with one other who could not provide samples to match my existing cabinets. Dave's work is flawless. He custom made crown to match what I had, he paid attention to every single detail, and he was patient with me while we worked on the project (I am very particular and involved). I can't recommend him enough and I love the result.

Dave is in a hard to find "lane" right now. Because contractors and workmen in all fields are so busy, it can be difficult to get anyone interested in doing smaller or medium sized projects. Dave has 30 years experience of doing just that, and doing it well. We have a smaller, coastal home, so space is really at a premium. He helped us design a custom caBinet to hold a free standing wine cooler, and also provide some extra storage. His experienced advice steered us away from several decisions which would have made the piece both less attractive and less functional. We love the simple but elegant result, on time and on budget. Big thanks and recommendation for Dave.

We tried using some online and prefab cabinet companies, and we weren't finding what we needed. Luckily we were referred to Dave, and we could not be more pleased with the result. If you want quality custom cabinets made from real wood, then look no further. Dave is a busy guy, but he always had time to answer the phone and scheduling was a breeze. We can't say enough good things about working with Dave. He was prompt in responding to our request for a quote and we could immediately tell that he had high quality standards and would provide great custom cabinets for our new home. After we hired him, he was right on time with delivery and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. We were amazed by the quality of the cabinets. They are stunning and add so much to our kitchen. We would highly recommend using Dave and his team.

I worked with Dave Kaplan on a small job, retrofitting old cabinets with ugly outdated hinges on the exterior, with new hinges mounted to the interior of the cabinets, with soft closing mechanisms. I don't speak carpenter, but Dave was nevertheless patient with me in figuring out what I wanted, and how we could get it done. He was fairly priced, did the work on time, was friendly, and did a good job. He knew what he was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him for a much larger job, should I be in the market for more cabinet work in the future. I'd recommend Dave.Services: Custom cabinets

What a pleasure to work with Dave. We had a built in fridge taken out and bought a new regular size one from Lowe's and needed a surround built around the smaller fridge so it would go with the existing cabinets. He came and measured, built and stained the surround and then right after the old fridge was pulled out, he had the new surround put in in less than an hour. The new fridge was delivered later that day and fit in perfectly. Looks great, and we couldn't be happier. He communicates well, and was reasonably priced for what he did. Highly recommended. This photo includes the new fridge. The open area above the fridge and the side panels were done by Dave. We wanted the open area to put something decorative.

I had a picture off of Pinterest of a linen closet at the end of a hallway I wanted to replicate. Mind you our space was a little off (walls bowed out a bit etc). It came out exactly how I wanted. It's been a year or two now and I still love it.

Dave built us a beautiful pantry for our new home. I found him on Yelp and couldn't be more happy with the product and service. He was very professional, punctual and able to work with our tight timeline when he was busy with our projects. His craftsmanship and installation is exceptional. I highly recommend if you want good quality cabinetry work with an honest and responsive professional.

I contacted Dave about some alterations I needed to a closet door ASAP! The next day he was free to accommodate me. I met him at his shop and he took care of the whole issue there and then. He has all the tools and machines required and obviously the knowledge and experience to go with it! The door now fits great and looks awesome. Cheers Dave!
