Everyone we had the pleasure of speaking with preformed great customer care. However, Albert went above and beyond for us and always made sure we were aware of what was going on. He accommodated around our schedule and made sure we were satisfied through the whole process. Not once did we have to wonder about our vehicle. The outcome is amazing and the turnaround rate was super fast as well.

Regularly Block blocks alley and road wit cars. Today they saw sees me trying to get through alley but did not move cars. I Got out to ask them to move cars and they clearly saw me repeatedly asking and I’d ignored me.

Took my Land Rover to Darby’s in hopes that they could repair a bunch of fine scratches along one side of the vehicle. I met with Angel and he recommended that they try to polish them. I dropped the car off a few days later in the AM and picked it up a few hours later. Jumping to the end of the story…my car looks great! I am very happy!! I was so glad I trusted the reviews and came to Darby’s. Everyone was super nice and it was an easy process. Can’t be happier with my experience at Darby’s. Highly recommend. Thanks Angel and team!

The team at Darby’s has done it again. Quickly got me in and out, while still providing the highest quality work. Got my bumper and headlight back to looking like new. They are the best and only auto shop that you should be going to in the San Diego area. Everyone is extremely friendly and they all want to help. Definitely feels like a family and man am I happy to be a part of it. I am super thankful for them and know every time they work on my car it is in reliable and trusted hands. What can I say, Darby's is the best in the game. This is the only auto body shop in the San Diego area that you should be going to. All of the staff are extremely kind and happy to help with anything. It gives me peace of mind knowing that when I drop my car off to them it's in trusted and more than capable hands. The staff is proficient in what they do so you know you are only getting the highest quality work on your vehicle. Came in with some questions on if they could help me out with my bumper and was walked through all of my different options, explanations about things needed to be done, and quoted an extremely fair price. I never hope I have car troubles but when I do there's only one place I will ever go to....DARBY'S. Go check them out and I promise you will not be disappointed.

I came in adter scraping my car against garage after having it less than week. Folks at Datby's were so helpful. I thought I'd need body work done but one of the folks buffed out the side and gave me great advice on deciding if I wanted to do additional work (and when to do it). Thank you!!!
