Some disabilities dont show physically, like severe lung disease. So Im not being a Karen when I say this black clerk was a jerk even if I didn’t have breathing issues! I purchased laundry detergent and another item and after purchasing this he never offered me a bag. I had to ask for it and he exhaled like I was putting him out to get a bag. After placing items in the bag, he lifted up the bag, but didn’t even hand it to me! All he had to do was extend his arm. I had to reach over and extend myself more than usual, which caused issues for my breathing. He could of just handed it to me, but he didn’t. This person had no customer service skills AT ALL!!

I highly recommend Carepass. With my yearly $47 charge I get money off on many items. With what I save,these items are priced lower than any where else.

The pharmacy manager is just as rude as other employees who answer the phone in the pharmacy department. Rather than coming up with a solution she stated that there are other pharmacies I could get my prescriptions at. True, however this is the closest location to my home and out of convenience I go there. If pharmacy employees don’t like having to talk to people, they may as well look into another career. I would never speak to my own clients the way I have been spoken to at this CVS pharmacy.

The manager greeted us warmly when we entered CVS. At checkout he said they no longer replace member cards but entered my phone number and said to give them my phone number in the future. Store was clean and well lit. Items are easy to find.

Tomas was a Rockstar! His customer service was top-notch. He rang me up with a smile and had the kindest heart while I got my coupons together. I will 1000 percent shop here because of the interaction with him. Also the store was extremely clean and well stocked .

I ordered 2 photo books and some prints online for the first time. When I went to pick up my books, they had trouble locating the second one. Come to find out, both of my books were combined into one. Dan, the manager, was extremely helpful and quickly fixed the mistake. Upon getting home, I noticed I was missing a print. I went back and once again both Dan and his front end team were helpful to correct the mistake. Both times, the manager, went over and beyond to correct this error. I'm pleased with the prints and photo books as well. I'm still on the fence about the quality of photo books compared to shutterfly, but overall I was happy to get such fast (2 hour) photobooks!

This used to be a good pharmacy, now you can’t speak to a pharmacist if you call in. Instead you have to leave a voicemail so they can try to call you back while you are at work, or you go in to have them tell you it’s going to take 2 hours to refill a prescription. This is a ridiculous policy. The app doesn’t work either, it just says you have to speak to a pharmacist. ?♂️

worst pharmacy customer service ever. it’s not even this location that’s the issue, when you call and try to speak to a pharmacist you sit for like 3 minuets and then the call drops. not coming back

The pharmacists and techs are always very friendly, but recently Janine went above and beyond. While she was efficiently managing many customers she took the time to help me find a manufacturer’s coupon that saved me a lot of money. She is a gem!

I used self checkout to save time. My non-alcoholic margarita mix required a checker's assistance. I had to wait for 5-10 minutes for assistance. Why does non-alcoholic mix need assistance? Silly.

I was at this CVS unit to retrieve a medication prescribed by my doctor. it was wrong and the pharmacist (the one with blue hair on the photo) was very nervous, rude and arrogant.
An unnecessary discussion with the customer. He even said he doesn't care about my medication.
A total abuse for a person unprepared to deal with customers, especially in the health sector.
I see this as discrimination and racism a disgrace to CVS. I'm going to change pharmacy because this one doesn't even care about customers.
P.S. The attendant Antonio was friendly and cordial. he felt embarrassed.

I had a coupon for a 30% discount on regular priced items, but the register would not accept it. It had not expired, and the clerk tried several times to scan it. I will not be shopping here again.
