Our family moved all our prescriptions to CVS by our home because getting in and out of Costco for Rx is incredibly inconvenient because of the parking situation and how busy the checkout lines are as you make your way back to the pharmacy. The drive through window at CVS is very convenient for our lazy family and the phone app for Rx management is very convenient. It allows all the changes, reorders and interaction with the pharmacist you may need. We don't shop inside the CVS for non-Rx related items because there are multiple other stores close by for other shopping.

Don’t waste your money on photo printing. The color is way off (last few I’ve ordered are very yellow). Employees don’t care and say there’s no way to adjust the machine. Unfortunately there’s no easy way to print photos quickly - I miss Costco photo! I guess I’ll try Walgreens again - hopefully they’ll do a better job.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs especially when you need a critical prescription filled. Absolute nightmare. Wish I would have read the reviews before I picked their pharmacy.

CVS 4s is home to the most incompetent group of fools anywhere. Absurd level of customer service- avoid this worse than useless dumpster!

This location was great until I met one pharmacy staff (she seems new) who was very unkind. When checking out my prescription, I also asked whether she could also check out other stuff. She refused. I was not disappointed by being refused, but I was disappointed by the way she refused and communicated. Her response was very unkind and I was shocked she just declined in somewhat rude tone. This is not how customers should be treated.

This pharmacy insists on filling a different medication than the one my doctor prescribes for my thyroid. Then they expect me to sign that I’ve picked up the wrong thyroid medication in order to pick up my antivertigo medication prescribed by an ER doctor because they cannot figure out how to delete things off their system correctly. I absolutely refused to do so and they refused to allow me to pick up my anti vertigo meds. The customer service is severely lacking at this location. Last go-around took me four weeks just to get sinus meds.

If you're thinking about printing pictures here - don't. If / when the pictures actually print, the quality is terrible and there's a big "if" they're actually printed or if the cashier can actually find them. The cherry on top is the absolute ZERO F's given - the customer service is abysmal and it's as if you are inconveniencing the employees by shopping there. The pharmacy isn't much better - routinely out of both RX and OTC meds that will be met with a shrug of the shoulders and a "better luck next time" badittude. Avoid.

Refused to transfer prescription because they were going on lunch when I was already in the drive thru. Told me to call another CVS when they have to do the transfer. Will be going back to tell them how to do their job

Terrible and slow service. Every time I picked up my medicine, I had to wait there for a while, even though they noticed I was waiting, maybe I'm minority? Not sure if some of their employees are interns, they have to stop and ask questions from other. For 4S residence, too bad, we don't have other choices.
