The young woman (Andrea?) working at the pharmacy is so condescending and unsympathetic. Made me feel super stupid for trying to figure out why my prescriptions were being held up. Awful customer service

Came by @10:20 PM to pick up an emergency inhaler but they close at 10pm not 11pm. Submitted an operational hour change to match.

Cvs has helped me including numerous people indulge in the growth of the company to continue daily use of the merchandise, that for example includes daily medicine, grocery items, Pharmaceutical products, and etc...

The 5 stars is specifically for the pharmacy and the staff. I have been using this pharmacy since October '23 after I temporarily relocated from the Bay Area and absolutely love it. The staff here cared enough to help bring the cost of my medication down whereas my previous pharmacy was either not knowledgeable or couldn't care less. I take responsibility for not knowing prescription cost info but it was above and beyond patient care nonetheless. My prescription is normally filled the same day on a monthly basis and I'm treated with normal human decency. Couldn't ask for more. I don't know where all the negativity towards this place is coming from but you'll be happy here if picking up medication isn't rocket science to you.

The rudest group of people I have ever met. Refused to hear my information about the medication and over talked me or put me on hold. These people are BAD BAD BAD. FIND A NEW PLACE TO GET YOUR MEDICATION ASAP.

I visited Westview Parkway CVS Store #3068 today 2/2/24. the I needed some assistance in pricing on a few products and Laurence happily helped me. He also helped me at the register and there were some pricing issues with the products and he quickly resolved that. I found him so easy to work with, he is a great representative for CVS, he is very friendly, helps customers with questions and treats each customer with respect and with a smile. I also worked with several people in the pharmacy department and there was an issue with my husbands RX, they explained what I needed to get from the doctor and explained that the initial process can be timely and made me feel assured that I was on the right track in the process. One other RX was at a different CVS and they got that back and filled it there which saved me a lot of time. This has always been my favorite CVS location. The product selection and the team that works there is always kind, helpful and always willing to help. I am so grateful for the help and care that I get at this location. It's further for me to drive but it's well worth it. Always great service. Thank you Laurence for being a great representative for CVS, they are lucky to have you, and the customers are lucky to have you there to help us.

Rite aid left ad I am sorry they did. CVS is as dystopian as it gets. Finding another pharmacy soon. I get a Text telling me my meds are ready/. They are not. They said I had 2 meds eligible for refills - they are not?
