Worst customer service ever! I was told by the manager that I need to have a phone number to get the sales price when every other store that I've ever been to ever has always just scanned their own card so we don't have to provide our number. This manager should be fired and a new manager put in place that cares about the people who don't want to provide their phone for their digital catalog. Sorry, I don't want you texting my number for sales and I don't want you selling my info and don't respond telling me you don't. Again! Worst customer service ever!

My experience with this pharmacist has been very bad. She is very hard to understand & Outright rude. I was called & hung up on, then upon getting through a 2nd time she put me on hold mid-sentence. she did not properly explain the insurance problem & then brought up my prescription at Walmart. I don’t have a prescription at Walmart nor have I ever. ???
not all that work there are bad, the rest of the staff are Kind and efficient. The blonde with the tattoos is empathetic and very good at her job. I’m sorry, but I don’t recall her name. One star is for the rest of the staff, otherwise I would not rate even one

I got a print job done at this CVS. Everyone was helpful including the printing machine manager and cashier. I strongly recommend this branch of CVS for any kind of shopping.

Do not purchase gift cards from this store, especially Amazon gift cards. This store does not do its due diligence in checking for prepaid card fraud. We purchased five Amazon gift cards from this store and all five had their claim codes stolen. We had to contact Amazon in order to get the problem addressed. If I could rate the customer experience of this CVS it would be a zero. Unfortunately Google reviews only permits a one star rating.

Called the pharmacy to see if I could get an emergency inhaler prescribed during a visit to San Diego. Was told there is no such thing as an emergency inhaler. I said "that's surprising..." And she interrupted me to say "what's surprising about that?" I said "it's surprising that they dont keep those on hand; if someone forgot their inhaler and needs to pick one up in case they may have an asthma attack, I would think they'd have a supply of them". She said "if you have an asthma attack, you call 911. Just unnecessarily rude, in my opinion, regarding what I would consider a valid question and request. I now understand why this pharmacy has such low reviews.
