I’ve been a loyal customer here in 92115 for 6+ years, and I expect high-class service in my neighborhood. Yesterday, I waited 4 minutes in an empty drive-thru, then got attitude from supervisor An Le—rude, unprofessional, and accused me of “causing problems.” She even threatened to transfer my meds over a simple question. This isn’t leadership; it’s a mess. I’m an investor and a local who wants East San Diego to shine, not sink. CVS, step up—our community deserves better. Posting this so others know: 92115 should be elite, not ignored.

I realized that this store steals but when it comes to gift cards, this is the first time it has happened to me. I went on Saturday, April 27 at 5:47. I tried to redeem the card but it asked me for more information about the card. I went to the store the next day. They helped me and said that it was a problem with the account which I tried with 4 accounts, I told them to try it on another account and the same thing happened so I am going to have to make a complaint with that store because it is not okay for them to do that to one

This location pharmacy service has gotten from bad to worse. Every great person they hire seems to leave. Phone wait time is unacceptably long not to mention the bad attitude when phone is answered. You can be short and direct but rude and snarky is never a good look. Most people that contact CVS Pharmacy do so to gain access to their medication or support their loved ones. Yet this location seems to treat customers as if they are looking for a handout or a chance at winning the lotto. Business is not guaranteed to anyone in this day and age. Please don’t take yours for granted. You are failing a lot of the people you should be serving.

I would’ve given five stars but the guy in the pharmacy department was very rude and hung up on my dental office and then when they called back, he put him straight to voicemail. But the main pharmacy lady handled everything and got me taken care of so because of her, I will recommend this pharmacy.
