NOT OPEN 24hrs. Needed some emergency medicine at 1am to get through the night and they were closed.

I want to say that Malachi and Alayna are amazing employees I was helped immensely with my photo pick up. I even came the next day and purchased more. Alayna helped me with make up, which was exquisitely delightful and makes me happy. I like to say this is the best CVS and I will return for all of my shopping needs.

Not open 24 hours as advertised, I was there at 6 am waiting for 30 minutes for someone to open and I had to leave.

I was very impressed with the stores organization, however If they had more staff and helped with knowing more about the coupon machine/ or having it not broken when I come in would be awesome. It has happened once or twice but other than that- Great Store!

5 stars for the pharmacy department!!! I had two prescriptions I needed to fill and since I don’t have insurance I had hunted down a coupon for at least one of them. When I brought it to the young woman’s attention she asked if I could move over to consultation and they would help me out more. Then a young man took some time and helped me get a total of $100 of my prescription!!!
I didn’t catch his name or the young woman’s (just a little too out of it) but I am so appreciative of their help and willingness to take a few minutes to help me out! Even if they hadn’t found a coupon I just would have appreciated that they tried.
Thank you to the pharmacy staff of CVS in Mission Valley! You are appreciated!

Took 2 hours and 45 minutes to give a medication of 10 pills.Pharmacists need to go back to elementary school and learn how to count again because this is unacceptable.Slow service, bad excuses, horrible location — what more could you want

Pharmacy---it is SO bad, you can show up to pick up order and it is just sold out. Controlled medicine (?) forget it! I was in an accident and had pain medicine called in here. Nope they are sold out --they told me it was on back order. It was not and other places filled it. Nightmare. I reported them to the proper government agency. They need better protocols. Makes me question if cvs was busted for something drug related. This is NOT a review for pharmacists, they are great!!!! In addition: Every CVS in downtown is out of stock for woman's products. If ia product is on sale in makeup or hair---forget it. Also asked for a rain check, none of the employees ever heard the term---maybe it's not a practices business do any more Why advertise a sale and then never have it stocked.
