4 associates were working in the back and no one greeted me. Two minutes later the pharmacist came over and rudely said my prescription was over the counter but my doctor calls it in for my son for a reason and recs it be filled that way, it’s also cheaper that way. I told her that and she said “well, we don’t have it” so I asked her to look at nearby CVS pharmacies to see who did have it and she said she couldn’t very rude and snarky. Pick another pharmacy!

I use the CVS as my pharmacy and I also work for a third party delivery company that picks up prescriptions and items at this store for delivery to their customers. Every single experience that I have ever had in the CVS has been negative. As a customer they are always rude when you go to pick up a prescription they ignore you you stand in line and wait and wait they don't care they move at a glacial speed they have absolutely no sense of urgency here whatsoever. As far as working with this store when I show up to pick up a delivery they never have it ready. They are always rude to me every single time in the pharmacy and in the front. Always. They also have no sense of urgency in the front at all. I get paid per delivery not by the hour so the longer they take to fulfill a delivery the less money I get paid. I also have to put up with their attitude when they are so rude to me and don't have the stuff ready on time. I am not the one who called for delivery driver they are ,if they don't have the delivery ready why are you calling for the delivery driver? I'm going to be changing my prescriptions to a different pharmacy because I'm tired of the way I'm being treated here as a customer and as a worker who has to work with the store. If they don't like working with delivery drivers then they shouldn't use them.

terrible customer service , no one wants to answer the phone when we call for our patients we send orders for and the customer service of pharmacy staff is very rude. Expect pharmacy staff to end the phone on you multiple times before getting connected and this is coming from a physicians office, wouldn't recommend ordering meds to this pharmacy.

Very grateful to Lisa who rang me up yesterday. I have a health savings account through my insurer and not fully aware of what is covered. Lisa carefully rang up each item and patiently helped me identify what was covered. Grateful for her immense patience and kindness! Thank you Lisa

Absolutely awful customer service at the pharmacy. They are rude and even yelled at my doctors office when they called to fix the mistake of the pharmacy. I’ve been hung up on by the pharmacy many times as well. They also say they don’t cover my insurance or have the prescription ai need when i’ve been getting my prescription from there for several months. Awful people.

I've been hung up on 3 times in the last month by the pharmacy. I used to have auto refills, but haven't had
for some time. Very unprofessional, especially when you're on hold only to be hung up on.

Pharmacy never answers their phone. I was on hold for 1 hour and 17 minutes the other day. Now, I have been on hold for 14 minutes and counting. They do not read what the doctor writes on the prescription, such as cash pay - they just run it through the insurance anyway and put the prescription on hold. Or they do not have it in stock. Extremely frustrating.

Best customer service ever from Miguel, mngr. He took a lot of time to complete my transaction from money gram bkz I didn't have my glasses. He did it with a friendly, warm yet professional attitude. He has definitely improved my opinion of CVS & their customer service which I will use again in the future, thanks to him!!bkdidn't.

I shop here regularly and have had great customer service from alot of employees. Guadalupe and Charlotte, have given the best service and are the most personable. They always ate welcoming and friendly. Helpful with positive attitudes as well. I worked in service many years and always want to tell people when they did great work. Thanks ladies for making the shopping experiences better. ( I hope management will recognize and let them know how good they are doing)
