I was ready to check out two items that are behind lock and key. Although the first associate got both products to the man standing behind the cash register, the man at the cash register remains fixated on the costs of the hats behind the cash register paying no attention at all to his surroundings. This is a cause of relying too much on self-checkouts. I walked away.

James was very unprofessional with his assistance and even mocked me when the self checkout wasn’t working. I don’t know what his problem his but you all need to figure that out with him because that was terrible customer service

CONVENIENT w/ PLENTY OF TRAVEL ITEMS! If you’re visiting Downtown or live close by, this CVS is very helpful! It’s in a centralized location and isn’t too far from the Gaslamp hub and Petco Park. My family and I stopped in to get some quick supplies before a game and we were in-and-out. It’s surprisingly quiet for a CVS in the middle of a busy metropolitan area. I’m cool with it haha. There’s beach wear, snacks, make-up, travel packs, and plenty of alcohol. The pharmacy wasn’t busy at all and it was a Sunday morning! The security guy was kind of disenchanted with his job but he was cool, he let us come in with some coffee we had just purchased nearby. I’d highly recommend this CVS, it’s pretty up to date and put together.

All the pharmacists, pharmacy techs, store employees, Store Managers are so friendly, helpful and patient. Pharmacist tech, Neil was very helpful in a recent request so was Theresa. Pharmacist Dann and Luke are thorough & pleasant. I live in the neighborhood in an apartment building, and this is my go-to pharmacy. Thank you so much.

Pretty standard CVS. Had everything I needed and the young male employee was nice and helped me find some things.Employee working the self checkout was nice as well and proactively offered me bags which was nice.

The layout isn’t great, there wasn’t an option besides self checkout when I went in. If I have to pay CVS higher prices compared to its competitors then I shouldn’t have to pay for bags.
