Pretty standard CVS, although I shouldn't have to explain why I want assistance checking out instead of using the self-checkout. I'm not impressed with the interaction I just had with the front-end associate.

CVS has gone from a great store to a state of confusion and poor service. There is a poor service attitude and they are bottle necked at self check out with many customers having difficulty with the machines. Staff seems poorly trained and educated. Overall CVS is a mere shadow of a formerly well run pharmacy.

horrible service went in today and needed help but a staff worker by the name of Carolina was extremely rude and unhelpful. if i could give zero stars i would . she made my cvs trip difficult and doesn’t deserve to work there, and i have heard from a few close friends that they’ve also had bad experiences with this... read full comment
