This place is my go-to for my prescription need. Whenever I had billing issues, Kat always had my back. She even helped set up a 3-way call with drug company to troubleshoot. Highly recommend!

I don't know what the deal is with this particular CVS.. the advertising on the door and Apple Maps say it's open 24/7.. on Yelp it says until 7pm.. I just went in right now at 2pm and lady is standing inside the doorway saying they're closed unless it's for pharmacy pick up.. same thing happened when I came here the other night.. they used to ACTUALLY be open 24/7 and not just for pharmacy.. if it's not 24/7 anymore at least change the advertising.. yet EVEN THEN why would they be closed at 2pm?!? They're always kicking everyone out now, no matter what time of day. Regardless if it says 24/7 or 7pm. Very misleading and time wasting. They should figure that out soon

Great store, great staff, and awesome pharmacy. As always at a store you need to check dates and freshness, if hungry id say ice cream. Snacks are alright, coupons could mean cans :). Great place, theres some interesting expensive options on the left and beer (freshness!) is far right.

Simply, the pharmacy techs and the pharmacist who was willing to listen to the 2 techs appealing for my cause this week have potentially saved my life (no exaggeration). I just want to say THANK YOU! For 6+ months, I've been brushed off, told I'm imagining things, etc, by the medical community, and this IS life/death for me.This pharmacy is excellent! These employees are kind and went the extra mile for me when they didn't have to, and no one else would. You have an incredibly thankful forever customer in me ♡ 100/5✨️ Pictures: General appearance and quality examples between brand name Suboxone and Alvogen generic films (pics # 1 & 2), and Dr. Reddy's generics version- most strips had obviously unincorporated clumps of ingredients (pics #3 & 4).《PLEASE, if you're on a drug manufactured by this brand read up on their health and safety issues, and the FDA being close to pulling their products from the US market- it's all there to read and you deserve to know》

Pharmacy manager today was quite inept at his job and not shy about violating privacy issues. I'd strongly suggest CVS share this poor excuse for a manager with the other talent in San Diego. One should not have to state two times that they meet the criteria for a second booster outlined and then be asked to specify their diagnosis. Do better!

CVS upper management unreachable! Covid shot appointment took me 45 minutes to make and most of the slots were ridiculously early morning or evening appointments. Let me remind you that this is mostly for SENIORS and people at risk. THINK about the population that you are serving? DAH HEY???? I went in today April FOOLS and you made me feel like one too. Nobody should have to be drilled and grilled that long. And appointments should be made available during normal store hours. The first appointment that I could make is for March 5 at 3 pm. Otherwise the times were unreasonable (March 1-4). Also I was asked some questions that were discriminating (about race)...nonsense...Make Improvements or go to hell! The store #9141/ The staff were all nice, the problem lies with upper management......I'd be hiding from the public too if I were upper management at CVS. Your policies are WRONG for your population!

I always have had excellent experiences at both this CVS in Target and the one in South Park where the pharmacist named Sasha is in charge. Victor and all the staff are always kind, friendly, helpful This review is for tonite Oct 21, at around 6, for the Pharmacy trainee with a UCSD pharmacy school coat on who was unfriendly at first, condescending second, and in the end rude. Funny, I switched my medical care from UCSD to Scripps for the exact same reason. A wholly unpleasant woman.... I will still go to this CVS, but will avoid the after hours staff

Family and I had covid test here for Hawaii trip and they entered the wrong data for our birthdates resulting in losing our results! Customer service was rude and useless. We had to take more tests and pay again. They basically said "yeah we messed up and it's our fault but you won't get reimbursed and have to take another test and pay again". We went elsewhere and things were done smoothly and professional. Avoid this place

Victor was patient, I showed up late for my vaccine. Nicky was super cool, and the whole process was over in 5 minutes. Hung out for the required 15 minutes and was impressed at they're work ethic, always keeping busy. I don't live in the area, and there is a CVS across the street from my house, but this is where the apt. was. If I need future shots, I'll look to this location first. It was nice to be in the North Park area, scenery has changed alot, for the better. Definately didn't need to pay for 2 hours of parking, but I'll make use of it, wandering a bit. The process was so quick, maybe 1 hour park is good for others coming here. Victor and Nicky thanks for a great experience!!

Renee who works in the pharmacy department was a pleasure to see. When I called prior to checking out she was kind and helpful over the phone. In person she greeted me with a smile. Renee is there to entertain after 6p.m. Thank you Renee for the smiles and laughs.
