This is the worst pharmacy! They never have the medication ready. They tell you is ready and you have to make 2 or 3 trips.

I got a message from CVS saying my prescription is ready to pick up. But then when I’m there, they told me it’s not ready. I’m like then why does it say it’s ready in the text. Then they said it could be because it’s filled someowhere else or already picked up at a different location. So I contacted the doctor’s office trying to understand why this happened. The doctor’s office contacted the pharmacist who is EXTREMELY RUDE and told them that they never told me the prescription was filled somewhere else. So, I called the pharmacy again asking about it. Instead offering a solution or trying to help, they are indeed being rude again and told me to “quit whining and go talk to your doctor” and “you’re being stupid”
AVOID AT ALL COST!

I’m happy to finally be able to use my CBS CARE CARD because someone else used it the last two times and I only got reimbursed for one but this last time I needed something and was happy to find it for free Buy one get one. So with these great deals I don’t feel cheated plus now I have to use my membership code on my phone so that makes sense. It should be that way from the beginning. People in line can hear us telling the cashier our phone number and that never felt safe.

This pharmacy doesn’t know what they’re doing. I got a prescription sent to the cvs pharmacy from my Dr. the lady asked for my name and number and assumed I am still under my moms cvs account at 22 years old, so hippa was violated bc cvs took it upon themselves to send my prescription to my moms number for 1. and lied and told me my insurance won’t cover it when she never looked for my prescription and assumed I wanted to buy it otc. Oh by the way she announced it so loudly and humiliated me. I then called my insurance and looked at their policy which stated the prescription version of this supplement is covered and otc is not. (I HAD A PERSCRIPTION) I went back to speak to the pharmacist on duty he ignored everything I was saying and said my insurance is lying to me and hippa isn’t violated bc it’s not a major medication that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard from a pharmacist. Anyway hopefully the owner of cvs or this store responds since cvs never picks up the phone because I am going to file a lawsuit at this point.

This CVS location is listed here on Google and there are signs posted at the store’s entrance stating that they’re open for 24 hours. I came here on 08/26/24 @ 450am and to my disappointment, they were not open. I even called the store which an answering system said that this is a 24-hour location however the pharmacy does not open until 9am.

Friendly staff and skincare/beauty aisles are well stocked. 24 hr pharmacy is a plus.

Please save yourself a headache and find a different pharmacy. I wish I did. I had to go to urgent care on a late afternoon on a Sunday (you do not do that unless you absolutely have to) and was prescribed strong medications. Wednesday evening, after 8 visits to the pharmacy, 3 times visit for clarification to the urgent care, I finally got something else but something. Ryan was so rude and unprofessional. Not only could he benefit from customer service training, a few lessons on basic manners would do him well.
They are also not a 24-hour pharmacy, they close at 6pm and also close for lunch. Both I learned the hard way.

These corporate heads who have to lock up deodorant, force me to chase down their lack of employees, then have to have a pointless conversation with said employee, to buy deodorant?
This is why I’ll forever shop online now, not waste my time, and will certainly not buy online from you. Absolute garbage

Multiple posts complaining about store not being 24 hours. I guess I'm a slow learner because I have taken numerous trips down here when I'm sick to get medicine only to find out this place isn't 24 hours. Dear CVS.... people with medical issues rely on your hours to be correct. Fix this issue!

Advertised as 24hrs when they are not. The number on Google goes to the pharmacy which is closed until 9am. If you are no longer a 24hr store the signs on the outside need to be changed.

I'm out here at 630 am and the store is closed. Noone is answering the # on the front door. Signs on door say open 24 hours.
