Ordered online for pickup at the store - item was ready within 10 minutes and the staff member quickly pulled it for me when I arrived. Great experience for online pickup and a very friendly, helpful employee was there to great me.

I walked in to this CVS .the girls was playing on her phone n didn't stop as she walked towards me .I asked to get a money order..I was told the machine was broken even tho the lady in front of me just bought one. !!!

I visited this store when I was walking on Fourth Ave. I picked up some cereal, candy, and chips. It was easy to find what I needed. They had a good amount of options. There weren't many people at the store, so the checkout process was quick. It was another pleasant experience shopping at a CVS Store.

I'd like to recognize Ms. Gabby (forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly), who is the manager of pharmacy department. I needed to have an urgent prescription filled on a Friday evening and she went out of her way to help facilitate it. She is friendly and patient. She explained some complicated insurance jargons well and thorough. She provided some very useful advices. Over the phone I could feel her heart of eagerness of helping her patients. She is someone CVS should be proud of!

This is the biggest store in all down town.All beauty products are on the window melting in the sun ( this makes any make up expire)Perfumes and other beauty products near the register are always covered in dust ... Layers of dust.This place doesn't have enough employees ,the door in the entrance. Is a piece of wood. ( scary ) the AC doenst work year around.the pharmacy area is the only area in order and clean.When they opened this location it was my favorite store.They need to have Corp come and look at it.Is not getting better just worse

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I brought my disposable camera here to get the film developed and they threw my film away. When I brought my camera in, they told me it would take about 6 weeks and they would call me when they were ready. I never received a call, so after a little time I thought I’ll just stop in to check. I sent my husband and they said they had thrown our film away because it had been too long. I went back through my phone log to verify I never got a call no voicemail or anything. One camera had my honeymoon photos and the other had my husband commission ceremony. I’m very upset I will never get to see those photos of very important moments in our lives all because they never called me to tell me my film was ready and they threw it away.
