The actual service was on time and great. Its the office staff that, whom I felt did not disclose prices correctly & that time includes travel. My mistake, I did not ask more questions. Im still waiting for the invoice to be emailed. In resume work great office terrible.

They cut into my concrete based upon the word of their "customer" and never bothered to contact the homeowners whose concrete it actually was. To their credit, they apologized to the terrorized homeowner and apologized to her as they continued their vandalism. They did leave when the police told them to.

I am a contractor and have been using Cut N Core since I started my business in 1987. They have always done an excellent job, been punctual, courteous, and fairly priced. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I am very new and naive when it comes to coring, cutting, footings, etc. I am currently working on a job in San Diego and needed some holes cut. I have been dealing with Holly from the office. She literally hand walked me through the entire process. Their price, service, communication is unbelievable. Great enough that I wanted to take the time to provide this review so other people would know that they should use them if they ever have the chance. It is very rare these days to work with a company that keeps it promises and respond immediately if the order changes. My order has had a couple of changes and they respond immediately with advice and service. Congratulation Susan, you have a wonderful company and staff. Especially you Holly! You are a true BLESSING!
