my friend and I ran 5 minutes because we thought it was late and when we arrived at the store 6.35 it was closed even when the schedule says 7, I mean that apart from sweaty, tired and we thought it was too late there was still 30 minutes left to close the store. store but it was already closed

today jan, 8, 2019 at 6:40 or so i went to this criket store , never again , first off this lady didnt great me in or pay any attention to me when i first came in , second she was having a personal conversation with a customer that lasted more than 5 min , and third of all she was attending another girls problem that had something to do with her serttings, as a customer service she should know better and think on COMMONE SENCE! a pay bill due is faster thann a problem with her setting s she had to go thru alot of steps she tried to multi task but failed . that is bad customer service , im sorry to say this but that women sucks . they should be trained better took me like more thn 20 min to get a phone bill done . not acceptable!!!!
