It's been 4 years with Cricket, countless calls and visits to stores over the years (because cricket self service is entirely worthless unless you're giving them money.) and I can confidently say Chris gave the best customer service I've gotten with this company. Great location with helpful, knowledgeable and kind staff.
Thanks Chris! But good riddance Cricket.
(Btw. You can get the phones they sell for 1/3 of the price on Amazon)

I called this Cricket location in Mira Mesa because of high customer rating at YELP after calling several Cricket location close to me. I spoke with Siary because I have a new Motorola phone that I bought at Cricket but the camera keeps shutting down when I am trying to take a picture. I have been a loyal Cricket customer and have upgraded my phone several times from Cricket. I am generally happy with my Cricket phone and prefer android until I started having problem with the camera when it keep shutting down while I was trying to take a picture. I indicated to Siery the issue I was having with my phone & asked if I can bring my cell phone for her to take a look. She seems very nice, courteous and politely respond that I can bring my phone in but she does not think she can help me rather she said I can buy a phone upgrade since they have a sale going on. I have called many Cricket around near my location in San Diego area and ones I spoke to seems does not know how to help to fix rather more interested for me to buy an upgrade because they have a sale. I am not tech savvy. I used to take Samsung I bought from Cricket when I have problem to the Cricket store where I bought it from. Its too bad that the guy at that Cricket where I bought my phone- no longer works there. He was knowledgeable about fixing Cricket phone without pushing me to buy a new phone. I have switched to Cricket from Verizon since 2019 and have upgraded and bought phones from Cricket. I remained as a Cricket customer and even recommended to my family and friends because of the reasonable cost of a plan, and availability of someone in Cricket store to fix the phone when I have issues. It is my hope that I can stay as a Cricket customer because I like the reasonable cost of my plan. But at this time, I am thinking about giving up on Cricket when no one in their staff in all the Cricket store that I called around me in San Diego area knows how to fix the phone I bought from them & some even told me to take it to cell phone repair because they do not know how to fix. I hope Cricket franchise store owners when hiring, hire someone that knows technology and can fix the phone that they are selling if something goes wrong.

Israel at this location is the ABSOLUTE BEST!I had 2 days worth of problems from a different Cricket location and when I arrived here I was stressed and tired. Israel was so patient, attentive, quick and informative. He immediately gave all the options available, helped resolve all the issues and I walked out of there smiling ear to ear.Israel should teach a course on customer service because he is the epitomy of well mannered, well spoken and knows all the details of his job. I had such a complex mess to clean up and he resolved everything while staying so positive and pleasant. THANK YOU ISRAEL!!!! :)

Ms Saory, what a great manager, she is, by far. I live in Poway, here is poway, Cricket chargers $25 for sim, yet Saory did have that real cricket franchise price of $10, that too with a smile. Classy customer service, fair cricket approved price and more so ready from 11-6 to help anyone that walks, now this priceless. Thanks.
