Needed a new phone power cord. I thought I would have to pay a lot of money. Went into the cricket store on Genesee. Roy help me out fast and efficiently at no cost. Love this store. Thank you Roy!!!

Went during business hours and the door is locked, although the lights are on and the OPEN sign is lit up. I knocked, called, and waited 20 minutes outside, but there doesn't seem to be anyone inside or answering calls.

The most horrible experience ever!! I went in to this location last night about 4:45 to port a line onto my existing account. There was a new lady working there overheard her name was Monica. She treated my husband extremely rude when he was asking questions trying to figure out the pricing and what all we needed. Basically acting like he was d*** for not already knowing this information. If these are the type of employees this location thinks it's okay to hire I will definitely not be returning.

Multiple terrible experiences at this location. The manager/supervisor ignores calls and doesn't try to offer solutions to problems or mistakes made by the staff. Save yourself the time and energy and go to another location instead.

When I came to the store, the manager was on the phone with her friend, I don't mind actually, that it didn't bother me at all, so I was very nice to her anyway. I wanted to be added to an existing line and I was told that my friend has to come to the store or authorise me through the Cricket customer service. Then she said that activation will cost me around $96, could be less, which as I understood later, probably that price included the first month's payment plan. She said it could be less. My friend checked online and it turns out that at that plan the activation with a sim-card will cost $55. So I showed that to her and she said that "yes, I said it could be less". For now everything was ok and I would still leave 5 stars. Until that moment. Right before the payment for the activation she said "I'm just letting you know that in case it's not gonna work, I won't be able to refund you". That's the first time ever thing I ever heard. So I thought ok, what can be wrong. So I asked if it could be the compatibility issue with my phone. Her answer was "I don't know, I'm just letting you know". I asked if we could check the compatibility before the payment. She said that she will know at the very end. So, I was still about to risk and try but then I asked: "Has it happened to you before that it didn't work?" Her answer: " I'm just letting you know". I asked two more times, the only answer I wanted to hear was "no" or "yes", and if "yes", I would just ask what kind of model was that. So I asked "could you just tell me "yes" or "no", it's a closed question". She said that if I will be rude to her she can refuse the service. I thought, you know what, I am not interested in your service at all and now don't want to switch to Cricket with that attitude.

Ebony was fantastic. She handled everyone in the store professionally and courteously. She really knows her cell phones. Bought an international plan. She did the transaction smoothly and quickly. A real star and a credit to the Cricket Family.

paid $10 to add hotspot. later that day, line was suspended, and my billing cycle ended. $10 hotspot fee was due for next 30 days and re was talking about charging a $15 reactivation fee.
