Absolutely terrible service on July 1st 2024. The Latina lady was late. I was there at 9 a.m. and it still was not open. She didn't get there until 9:10 or 9:15. Then she tried telling me that I get a free phone. Yes I would get a free phone but with the bundle comes with tempered glass and a case which I would be charged 40 bucks for. Cricket doesn't tell you that in a small print. It's a good thing I brought along my own device, I paid a cheaper price. And she took forever doing this transaction. Also made me late to my job at Walmart. terrible terrible terrible terrible service.

3rd time visiting this store & it's the same thing dealing with untrained staff working at this location, they don't know the proper basics of what good customer service is, got there with my wife and they did not acknowledge my presence til like 10 minutes after, once they did they did not share any kind of information to us regarding deals or promotions cause they were to busy texting on their phones, as a manager from Office Depot I can say the staff is horrible.
Don't waste your time!!

I have been with Cricket for 11 years and I can say with certainty that it is the worst store I have been to in years, every time I arrive the store is closed since I have spent in UBERS to get there and the fact that the store is closed is quite annoying, apart from the fact that the lady The owner or manager does not know anything about Telefonia and always wants to sell you what She wants, rushing the Sale so that you buy and leave and then the girls are the same or worse... they should change staff, I will never go to this store again.

Lily was awesome. We came 5 minutes before they closed and she was willing to help with a smile. Wish their were more employees like her she came through when I desperately needed a new phone

Had to post this to let people know this is probably the worst wireless store I've ever been to with the worst staff I've ever seen, I have a total of 17 lines with Cricket Wireless due to my business so I am a constant shopper and always on the move adding lines & buying phones & this Cricket store happens to be less then 5 minutes from my house which I thought pretty convenient when they opened. The staff is very Untrained that they cannot explain to you the advantages of one phone to another, let alone some of them barely speak English or let you know the promos that Cricket offers, I ended up buying garbage phones that did not meet my desired criteria of what I wanted & on top of that they made me buy accessories saying they were FREE which they weren't, Yet from this day & on i quit shopping at this store because they can't even open on time, many times have I been to the store & the owner or manager opens late that when I'm there I have to be waiting in my car for her til she opens.
It's a waste of time & it's a shame because the store is so close to my house, but now rather drive 30 minutes to a store where they know how to handle a business properly. This store needs better management & better employees.

Bad experience on this location . When we activate the service the agent help us said you can call anytime to cancel service or just come to cancel . Today I’m coming for cancel and they said I need to do anything and when I call wait over 2 hours for just talk with them . Bad service and dont try to do auto paid they try to put you to the trap .
