~ Myself and my Sister went to this location today. We went to go inside this location but the door was locked. We were walking to the parking lot to leave and we heard a female mentioned to us she was opening this location. She goes on to say this location was closed and locked due to her being in a meeting on El Cajon , CA. The employee who was scheduled to be there did not show up for work. While she was unlocking the door , preparing to open the store she was calm , courteous and professional. I explained I’m with my Sister to assist her in getting a phone. She throughly answered all all of our questions about plans and pricing. She did not rush us at all. She did a test call to make sure the phone was working and kindly changed the ringtone to my Sister liking. There was One guest waiting after us. Marbella delivered exceptional customer service today! Should I become aware that someone needs a phone I will send them to this location and have them to ask for Marbella! Thank you again for assisting us today!

I went to a few stores and none would help me set up my max on demand to come back no one had the time to help me BUT The store manager at 54th she helped me and got me set up .. everyone see marbella shes amazing and professional... She knows her business very well!!! Thank you Ms. Bella

Went today to put a phone on my plan and the girl messed it up so bad we don't have service on that phone after paying 60 plus dollars.
The phone was supposed to have two lines on it and she went and canceled out the one phone number that we needed the most.
So I literally went and paid $60 for absolutely nothing.
Update: I just called 611 and they said they only received a payment of $25 where did the 40 go!?
Also they changed my PIN number to my account without my permission nobody else has access to it.
I'm about to go to Metro.

Omg Marbella is an employee that works their and is clearly not happy with her job she was talking very ghetto telling me to run up and fight her big chola self how ghetto all because I asked why she refused to let my aunt pay her bill Marbella kept licking up the phone threatening my life telling me things that she is going to do to me to hurt me .i am reporting her tomorrow morning

54th is definatly the location to go to! i just switched from boost mobile and the young girl there very professional and awesome helped me get my account INFO from boost while boost wouldnt help me.. if you go to this location ask for MARBELLA! Marbella is the best and hooked it up by holding the phone that I wanted and she price matched the for the online price as well as hooked me up with a new Sim card and phone case. She took care of me and it made buying a new phone easy.
