I went in with my 87 yr old dad and his 2g phone. Orendo gave us fantastic customer service. He was knowledgeable enough to convince us we needed to replace it and left us confident we were getting the right replacement. He was patient with my dad who wanted to know everything Orendo was doing. My dad is no longer tech friendly and Elvis is too modern for him. The fact that he left the store with new technology and a smile on his face is almost a miracle. Orendo was a breath of fresh air in what we both thought would be a tedious chore.

I entered the smartphone world at the end of 2013 and initially was very hesitant to jump into a $70-80 a month plan for a single phone service. With a little research, and a friend's advice I went with Cricket Wireless and haven't looked back. We are now on a family plan that comes out to exactly $120 per month for 3 phones, and now the parent company is supposedly AT&T so the coverage has improved as well. Occasionally I experience bad service in the coastal areas or in Tijuana, but otherwise it's great. I was still using an older iPhone SE for many years and repaired it a couple of times. Waiting for a reason to buy a new phone, mine fell into my (clean) toilet bowl... It was FUBAR. (if you don't know, I can tell you) So, luckily Cricket was having a promotion offering a new generation iPhone SE for only $249! This exact phone is $399 at Apple. Maybe one day I'll buy the Pro, but as for now I can think of many more ways to spend $1200. Not many locations had these in stock, so I systematically called every one in my proximity. I found one at this store and hightailed there within an hour. The employee was super friendly and knowledgeable, and she installed a new SIM card and I literally was in and out in about 10 minutes! I must say this was the best experience I've had ever at any Cricket Wireless.
