Young lady with the black long hair—-didn’t catch her name—provided excellent service. Was super patient with my 11 yo grandson and his persistent questions regarding the line we were adding to get him a phone (out of necessity—he doesn’t have a land-line where he resides).

I came in a rush yesterday as I was having sudden phone issues. Edgar helped me find the best phone for my budget and needs and was quick and helpful he also pointed out that I may qualify for a government credit on my bill so later when I had time I looked into it and did in fact qualify so I am saving a lot each month because of him. Was such a pleasant experience would come back

Because of the Virus, They are not open till 10:30am. And close till 7:30pm. The website saids diffrent. I have to wait one hr till they open. But i understand 100%
