I had an issue with my phone, stopped by this location and was helped by a very nice young lady, I believe she said her name was Evelyn and I hope I have the name correct, because she certainly could've not been any nicer and knowledgeable!I recommend this location just based on her, because to be honest i had gone to another Cricket Dealer store and the lady there got a little late to open and was in a very bad mood and yes I understand she needed to tell people to put a mask on, but the way she'd tell them, as they were coming in, it was almost as if she was hoping to upset them, so that they'd turn around and leave!So just by me seeing this, I figured she probably was not gonna be "very helpful", so I decided to look for another location and luckliy came across this one.I say, it does make a difference where you go....so go here!
