I have been a Cricket customer since 2017 and this location is the second location to provide me with the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I will not be returning ever as per their employee who told me to never come back. If these are the kind of people that are supposed to be helping us with our equipment and service, people will start to go somewhere else and it would be just because of their terrible customer service. Sorry, I love Cricket, but I am not going to accept that kind of treatment.

I been waiting for 3 hours outside this store and the girl inside doesn’t open. The sing on the front is on and it says open but the the door is close i did see some food delivered so thats why I know there’s some one in there but just won’t open. I wonder if employees take 3 hours lunch in this place. Multiple people have come and she just won’t open some even knock on the window door but nothing. Very unprofessional I hope someone reads this and take care of this if i was the owner I would be piss. Today’s date Tuesday October 20 2:47 ohh never mind she open total lunch or break time 2:47 minutes

I called to inquire about the plans and promotions, and the girl who answered the phone, I believe she said her name was Sandra and she was very rude. In the middle of me asking a question she hung up on me and when I tried calling back she kept clicking the phone. Seriously if you do not know how to do your job and then you shouldn't be in customer service, RUDE A** GIRL!!! Save your time and go or call a different location!

Great service. You need to talk to Roger Mendez. He will hook you up and is very helpful and fair. Not pushy like most sales people but very direct and confident. Was greeted nicely and Roger answered all my questions and I was hooked up in no time. Great service. Thanks Roger .
