I ordered a case of 24 bullets I’d lock & load bourbon. Six of the bottles were damaged. I emailed Craft City and they responded immediately. They offered refund or return options. The service was excellent and I highly recommend them. Great customer service and support. Well done and much appreciated.

One of the best liquor stores in town with a good family run operations. They are a pillar of the neighborhood providing a great selection of wine, and liquor. I have found all my party supplies here.. they got scratchers too, ice cream, snacks and a large variety of beer, and seltzers

horrible i bought a vape cash only & thatt shit was burnt & they wouldnt exchange horrible!!! The worker was so rude selling us burnt products.

I had a huge curveball thrown 5 days before my wedding when the venue informed me I could not have any "hard alcohol" and I had to redo my entire menu to Soju-based cocktails. Craft City was the only place I could find enough of the Soju-based Sabe liquor. I ordered it immediately online, wrote to their support team, and had a response in the same day. Within 48 hours of me ordering 20 bottles of liquor, they were delivered to me in Northern California. I'm just blown away. Thank you Craft City so much.

Wow, a truly terrible experience! I ordered a very special bottle of whiskey as a Christmas gift. 8 days later, I realized they'd never sent me shipping info. I emailed them and heard back they'd be shipping the next day. I said, okay, but will it be there in time for Christmas? No response and a few hours later they just cancelled my order. What truly terrible service--I would avoid at ALL COSTS. And to anyone at Craft City, I had ordered this for a family member who is ill and this is likely their last Christmas--now I cannot get this there in time from any vendor. I get that a lot of retail isn't "vital" stuff, but this was really important and the way you handled it was truly disappointing.

Buyer's beware. I orders some product on line. It had been 5 days and they did ship it. They do not answer the phone. They charge 22$ for shipping. I told them if they are not going to ship my order then they should refund it. They replied if I want a refund ,they would charge 15%. I told them I do not want a refund. The next day they sent an email stating a full refund. But my bank showed they took 15%. I did not request a refund, but they took the 15% any way. And refused to help me.

Do not place online purchases from this store. Not sure if this place is still in business but I placed an expedited order (to arrive in 2 days) on December 19th and haven't received a single correspondence about its status outside of the original acknowledgement of purchase. Have reached out several times via email and phone to inquire about order status and haven't received a response. At this point, I'm opening a dispute to request a refund. Spare yourself the headache and order elsewhere. Possibly a SCAM.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE---Received 12 bottles of 60 ordered. Craft City and Servall have refused to reimburse me for the missing 80% of the order I did not receive. They have refused to file a claim with Fedex, their choice of transportation, not mine. They are in California, lawlessness, corrupt court system, 10 years before seeing a judge or getting a hearing, etc. They owe me approx. $250.00 (yeah it was pricey), but I never thought they would be running a SCAM on me. Oh yeah, the bottles and the box showed the items to be (2) two months past the "Best If Used By Date". They of course blamed the DC or Alaskan Brewery. LOL, expected nothing less of California. Not responsible for their actions there, it is ALL someone else's fault.

Cashiers are crooked. No scanners and cashiers routinely over charge and don't offer receipts. When called out they try to gaslight you before conceding and then try to act like it's an honest mistake. This review based on at least 4 experiences. If you must go here pay extra special attention.
