I've gone to the Cox Store in Hillcrest several times throughout the years and I have always been very satisfied with the service. I was there twice in the last week for different matters and was once again impressed with the crew. Manager Reema Poles and her staff are very good at making me feel right at home, while taking care of my concerns in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend going to this store for any of your Cox Communications issues. Bill Butler

Absolutely, BEYOND atrocious, passed the highest levels. Getting through to Cox over the phone is already horrible to deal with; so I head to the store for in-person assistance... I was at the latter stage of a horrible 56+ minute called with reps that had been bouncing me from department to department for whatever ridiculous reasons. The first sales rep (AL) caught part of that and established a bias towards me off the bat - dead stares; refused to fully listen,; literally clicking his tongue and rolling his eyes at me; then telling me himself that I didn't know how to treat people (based off of a snippet of a phone conversation he had heard). He then consulted separately with aforementioned Manager REEMA.. Reema pretended to hear me out, even stated a fake "I wasn't there to witness the exchange" at the very beginning, yet he (AL) included a false accusation she had still ended up believing, anyway; plus refused to further assist me due to such....hypocrisy much? Then comes Mr. EDGAR who decided to add more instigation with his abrupt close-distance approach, condescending demeanor, and then attempted to eject me from the store after I threatened litigation.... They can rightfully eject anyone for mentioning lawsuits - fine. As I'm standing OUTSIDE the store searching for Corporate's phone number: ANOTHER male associate comes to the door to actually begin verbally insulting me. I'm a two-time binational champion professional athlete wearing a suit, yet said associate had the audacity to begin calling me broke, telling me I'm the one "crying" and "can't pay [my] bill". LOL, big mistake for Reema and Edgar not to intervene to stop the insubordinate, unprofessional behavior - but that's because they too are unprofessional ;). I legally commenced video recording; and the unnamed male associate (pictured) still continued. Said managers allowed it to continue; and had finally intervened only when they realized their unruly behavior was in fact being recorded. Edgar himself still had the audacity to get all up in my face with his own camera - as pictured as well. Video will go viral soon ;)

Josie Josie,Josie.....that is what the Hillcrest Cox store is all about. She has the best customer service,she has the most knowledge about cox product and what they have to offer and she has the most beautiful smile,that assures you your being taken good care of. Everything about Cox sucks. From their open Wi-Fi to the equipment they rent. Zero customer service. Very curt. Very rude. Very incompetent.

Employee named Jessica was completely unprofessional. When running a credit check she literally told me " unrelated to the credit check around how much do you spend a month" which confused the hell out of me bc clearly that's a question regarding the credit check. She also didn't inform me of or ask for my approval for a protection plan. Also I specifically told her I wanted a certain plan and she knowingly signed me up for the more expensive plan. This person need to be fired

I just want to say that cox has a great employee in Adrian Moses at the national city office . He went above and beyond to help me lower my cost so that I can keep my service . He was nice and I enjoyed doing business with him .He is a keeper.

So many hidden fees and garbage internet. It took a week to get them out to even set it up and they still charged me for the week that I didn’t even have service set up yet.

My partner and I went in to update our account recently. Christina G. took the best care of us. She was patient with us and explained how billing works and what was best for our needs. The location is nice and clean as well. Thx christina for your help!!

Let's start by parking is very difficult here! Took 10-15 mins to park alone, very frustrating. Walked up to the door @ 5:58, door was already locked, store closes @6pm, got a sales rep attention told him I just need to make a quick payment if possible please , he screams through the door we close @ 6 we will be open tomorrow, as it barely passes 6pm, seemed very unprofessional to me, especially if my bill is late and I just want to take care of it, should have just token my payment

Today, I returned to speak with another salesperson as I was here a few days ago and had a negative experience with a staff person named Hanza. I will let that go for now. The polite, patient and friendly Soleil answer all my questions and more regarding connecting internet and a new cell phone and line. I highly recommend her for being knowledgeable and not in a hurry. I will be returning in a few days to sign up.
