Simple. I needed to cancel cable service. They did it with no questions asked. And I was able to keep my bundle price for my phone and wifi.

Came into the store to return my equipment. The employee who helped me (Sterling I think his name was?) made the process super easy. I was in the store for maybe only 2 mins and didn't have to do anything on my end. Way easier than expected.

In my experience, it’s always better to visit a Cox store in person to get help rather than texting or calling.
