Sales manager was the worst ever came out with some attitude trying to punk me in front of my wife and kids, telling me I don't have to sell you the car if I don't want to. Also was promised a fixed windshield that I didn't know it was cracked and still nothing. General manager was a good peaceful man.

This review is a GIANT thank you to the team at Courtesy Chevrolet who helped my husband and I get the car we really wanted! To Jen O. in finance who went to bat for us to get the best loan we possibly could in our situation. It may have taken a little longer than we expected and there was a few speed bumps but Jen did an amazing job fighting for us and being the middle lady, THANK YOU Jen! To Alphanso in sales who truly took the time to listen to our needs and get us to a price we were comfortable signing our names to, he gave us time to chat alone & we didn’t feel pressured at any time while working with him, THANK YOU Alphanso!
