I had a wonderful experience at Cotton On & TYPO today. The store was clean, organized and the employees were helpful, but not annoying and overbearing. The styles here are very fashionable and the materials are nice. It’s pretty impressive how well priced the clothes are because the quality is consistent throughout all the pieces. My favorite part about Cotton On is the TYPO section where you can find stationary, and gift stuff. I could spend forever in this section. But today there was a very nice gentleman named ANGEL working the cashier at Typo. Angel was so enjoyable to interact with, he was attentive, thoughtful, and professional. It is clear he loves his job and he does it well. Angel really stood out to me from the moment I stepped up to the counter. Angel I hope you know you make a positive difference in this world! You made a positive difference in my day! These are the kinds of employees businesses should recognize and reward. I hope Cotton On recognizes the value Angel brings to their brand.

Walked in hoping to buy cute clothes and had to leave almost immediately. The layout makes it impossible to shop. Very cramped anyone who is not a child or extremely petite would most likely not fit through the isles.

Nice shop with good prices. I bought socks, postcards and a nook. Very good quality.Staff was great especially the woman at the cash register.

Had a pleasant shopping experience at this store in such a chaotic holiday season. The employees were super helpful and I was able to get what I needed with amazing customer service. This cotton on is always clean and neat. Always a great shopping experience.

Love this cotton on. It's my fav place to shop . My friends and I always stop here and buy the latest . The staff are so so friendly and super helpful and still very proffesional . The manager there is so so sweet . The store is super clean and tidy . It has everything stylish you could ever want . I recommend to all . Loveeeeeee this store .

Wandered I here randomly the other day. Clothes are super cute as well as the other items in the store. A little pricey, but worth it. Employees were really nice.

Reading the reviews from a whole bunch of Karen's that call retail staff rude it's just hilarious to me. It's the people that never lifted a finger in their lives also that never served the public have the most to say. I've shopped here several times and had nothing but a pleasant experience with staff members. Regardless on how busy they are or what rude people are in the store they always take the time help. For all the Karen's out there your yelp status should definitely be revoked. Yah I'm talking to you Elizabeth It's not their fault the clothes you bought didn't fit over you Thunder thighs.

This place is a mess. Everywhere you go a lot of people are vaping. For all i know vaping os just like smoking which is prohibited in public places. Can the management do something about this. Increase the roving security guards for a start and penalized the offenders. Please don’t turn a blind eye. DO SOMETHING!!!!!

The fitting rooms used to be open, but today after I went in and already picked a bunch of items out the employees tell me the fitting rooms are closed today because they don’t have anybody to run it… I look around and see at least three or four employees in the store? Really? I put everything I picked out on a table and left. Open your fitting rooms! Sick of businesses using Covid as an excuse for bad business.

Rude Employee that was folding Clothes all the way in the back! Long hair she was wearing a Flannel with shorts..asked her where were the tubes tops. She sent me to the front. They werent there. They were in the back area, then my daughter asked her if the fitting rooms were open, she didnt even bother to turn around stop what she was doing. She just YELLED NO!! I said DAAANG HOW RUDE!!!! Never going there again.. this happend April 19 around 4pm

This store should be shut down. Today march 27,2022 me and my daughter were shopping at fashion valley mall. After we had lunch we went to cotton on with the intentions to shop. As we were looking around nothing caught the eye of my daughter so we were heading out the store. when we were approached by one of the store workers named Nick he accused my daughter of stealing because as he said it he seen something green in are shopping bags from other stores. I asked him what did she take and he said a green bra and pointed to the corner where there were other green bras. which is funny cause we never went by the that corner at all in fact it was a pair of green sandals we had bought from h&m previous. so not only was he accusing her he had no idea of what in fact he seen in our shopping bags. I insisted to speak with his manager and he told me he was on break and that he didn't want to take me to his manager I demanded that I speak with the manager and that he walk me to him/her. which his manager didn't help at all she just apologized and kept saying she was sorry and she mention that it was because someone had stole from the store prior to us coming into the store. and I just feel like sorry wasn't enough and what does someone else stealing has to do with me and my daughter I would like to ask anybody who is against racial profiling to not shop here because we were targeted because the color of our skin we were profiled being that we were the only ppl of color in the store I'm still upset with how things were handled and I feel that something needs to be done.

Why are the fitting rooms closed at 7pm. Apparently they close them 1 hour to 1.5 hours before closing. They close at 9pm, so I’m confused.

Right now they're having a pretty big sale in the front of the store. Overall, I'm not sure why they call it Cotton On as the majority of their clothing is blended with the usual poly, spandex combo. They are having a good sale on jeans today January 15th.
