Full CASH refund? Say WHATT?? Saved me some time and stress when I needed to return a large purchase that turned out to not be quite the right fit for the job. Not their fault at all, but they still didn’t fuss when I asked for my refund in cash since I needed to use it that same day, even tho I paid with a debit card. I won’t soon forget it!

I only stopped to grab a drink from the food court. Parking is horrendous! Too many customers for this location without a fluid park/walk/shop pattern to make it flow smoothly. Costco is Costco, good stuff but feels like LA traffic.

The Cashier was so rude, slamming my eggs around while “sliding” it to the bagger guy, her name was TEE (Teresa V.) so very rude and shouldn’t be dealing with customers in the front with such a bad attitude! Girl, you work at a grocery store, be so for real, change that attitude people don’t pay a membership to deal with people like you that feel entitled!

Very cramped Costco.
The worst Costco's are the ones where the building and lots footprint is smaller than The amount of business it can handle.
Gas lines cuts through the parking lot and The line is often too cramped between the aisles.

I like Costco because you can find everything from clothes to food and snacks to medicine and more and it's at a very good price...and the staff is very attentive.

I had an appointment with Bernadette Hudson of the hearing aids department at 650 Gateway Center. She was understanding of my needs and had thoughtful solutions for everything. I've never had better hearing aid service!
