They didn't have the pet medication in stock I was looking for but neither did anyone else. Of the 4 pharmacies I called that day they were the only pleasant and easy experience. They were quick to pick up the phone, kind when realizing I was already pretty exasperated, and helpful in deciding what to do when we discovered the med was on severe back order. I'd seriously go back if I am more of a Costco shopper in the future.

This Costco has the worst food court. Their chocolate sundae ice cream is always out of stock, ALWAYS!!!!

Excellent phone service today. The automatic prompts were helpful in that it says to press 0 to talk to someone right away. Marice, who answered was focused and effective. Thank you for being my low-cost pharmacy Costco at Fenton.

I’m new to using Costco pharmacy so I’ve called a few times and been helped by multiple different people. So far, they’re the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy.

Not sure why this pharmacy has such a low score. I think people only review when they get upset about something. I've been using this pharmacy for about 5 years. Staff are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. They send me texts when Rxs are ready and I find their system easy to navigate. The drug prices are always lower than anywhere else's, and because they usually have multiple sound , I've rarely had issues getting meds, even when they are hard to get elsewhere.

"Jenna" told me my medication would be ready in 45min. I came to pick up my perscription over an hour later, and they just completely forgot about it. They made me stand there while I wait, as they filled my perscription. Incompetent.

I've had excellent service here, and they've dealt with my insurance seamlessly. I do wish I didn't have to walk so far to pick them up (I have some mobility issues), but I completely understand that the medications can't be distributed further towards the front away from the pharmacy's locked storage. Very friendly and all in all good experience.

Competitive prices on prescriptions. We got a membership here after CVS tried to charge $175 for a prescription. With Costco the same prescription is $10.

Was told on the phone my prescription was ready. Waited 20m in pickup line to be told to wait in another 20m dropoff line because they failed to fill my prescription and it was likely out of stock. Now I am waiting 30m to have them fill the prescription that they indeed have in stock. There are some logistical hurdles that need smoothing here.

It’s weirdly so much work to try to use Costco for your pharmacy. Sure it’s cheaper but that’s where any sort of positive ends compared to real retail pharmacy. I will say the staff are generally professional.First, I transferred a very common Rx to Costco and they took two days to fill it (despite me calling to try to help/get it done), they “had a problem with my insurer” which no other pharmacy I’ve filled with has. Then my partner also had a common prescription dropped off there. They had to “fill it offsite” which meant that it was also going to be an extra day. Then when I finally get the notifications that my Rx are ready, guess what? The pharmacy is closed on Sunday. So you battled Costco for a few days trying to get a simple, very common, very cheap generic filled to just lose at the finish line.It’s really convenient (dare I say typical?) for a pharmacy to do auto fill for eligible prescriptions, right? I think so. Costco does not think so. You have to go through an annoying text process to try to get your prescriptions filled.Not to mention finding parking, walking all the way back there, people cutting the waiting lines, etc.I tried Costco Pharmacy because everything Costco does is great, right? Nope. And also btw not SunRun solar. It is a massive rip off to get it through Costco. Even with the perks you’re getting gouged a couple thousand dollars, at best.

Typically I have had very good experiences with Costco pharmacy but today I called to check the status of a prescription and if it could be filled sooner and the employee I talked too hung up on me before I could ask this. I asked the status and when I said "ok thank you" she said "ok bye" faster than I could ask. It's a little thing I know but was annoying to get hung up on when I needed more information.
