This place is S-L-O-W. I submitted my prescription for muscle relaxants over 40 mins later I had to physically come back. No notification. Then I wait in line for another 30 mins while my ribs are killing me for standing so long! Also instead of opening another cash register they just make you wait now the line is almost back to the aisle. So inconsiderate.

I am sorry for writing this review, but I wanted to share my experience with Lulu, a worker at the Tire Center. As a former server, I understand how difficult it can be to deal with numerous customers in a day, and I sympathize with the frustration and exhaustion that comes with it. However, Lulu's attitude and behavior towards me made me upset, and it ruined my mood for the entire day. I don't know what happened to her that day, but I hope she can work on being more pleasant and professional with customers in the future. I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused, but I hope my feedback can help improve the quality of service at the Tire Center.

Costco is the most confusing place ever. But I feel like this one is so much easier to navigate and understand where things are. Yeah there are occasional times where I'm still lost but there are employees in almost every aisle and they are super responsive to any questions. They know this location like the back of their hand. Which is super cool. But that niceness extends to people in the back of the store. The front of the store people get all the inquiries and frustration of people and so they are a little less helpful. But I would say that the interaction between them and their colleagues are always warm which shows they bond a lot. You can pretty much get everything here at Costco. The selection is vast and huge. It's fantastic for parties or for bulk items. I didn't really know how much bulk items I need or buy! And it's at a super competitive price. The only thing I don't buy at Costco are their fruits and vegetables. I don't think they are of high quality, I think they spoil quickly, and I can find them at lower prices elsewhere. The lines are always long no matter what time of the day you go. Luckily I go often since I live right down the street and usually go to replace one or two items and never to do a full shop. The food court is a bit of a mess. And when I call them to pre order a pizza (this is assuming they answer their phones. They never answer) it feels like I still have to wait an additional 20 minutes after I arrive to actually get it. I think it's better to just show up and order. Parking lot is a death trap. Drive slow and defensively. Generally happy with this location. 4 stars. Not sure if they could ever get to a 5 in my mind unless they redid the entire parking lot.

Where to begin...The employees at this business pick and choose who they help.. specifically the Tire Center....ojalá y hablas español tendrás mejor suerte. No need to make an appointment because they'll still make you wait just a few hours..so be prepared. Management is terrible. I do not recommend this Costco to anyone.

I returned a pedestal fan that abruptly stopped working. It has a 5-yr warranty. Melissa asked me if I had the "hand thing". I didn't know what she meant. Then it dawned on me she meant remote. I said I forgot it but could bring it back. She said it will be gone in a few hours and too late. She then says I got a few years out of it sarcastically. I reiterated the 5-yr warranty to which she made no comment. She goes to her supervisor, comes back and says that her supervisor said they would return it this time but next time, I need all parts. Again, I reiterated that I forgot it came with a remote and I was upset because the fan stopped working. Also, I bought a rose gold necklace from the Honolulu Jewelry Company roadshow and was told by that employee I could return it if it didn't fit in my pendant. Melissa didn't explain to me that the necklace info in their system contradicted my necklace. She said she saw a yellow gold necklace and I said I purchased that a year ago and I asked did her info say July or November. She sarcastically said July is the only thing I'm looking at. Her manager came over and explained why I couldn't get my refund and told Melissa that my necklace had a higher value than what was entered into they're computer. From the way Melissa treated me regarding the necklace, it appeared she thought I was trying to switch my necklace or something. It's not my fault that the tag on the necklace from HJC said "yellow gold" instead of "rose gold". Supervisor told me to contact the vendor for my refund. This was a "first"!

The lady who answered the phone for the pharmacy was extremely rude and made me feel dumb for asking normal questions? Pretty disappointed, I don’t think I’ll be going with their pharmacy because of it.

Dumbfounded by the utter incompetence of this “pharmacy”! They don’t know how their auto refill works so medication will be arbitrarily refilled. The staff are complacent at best and nonverbal communicators on every day I’ve been there. Still trying to figure out what their job is, besides messing up prescriptions

I love Costco! Every location has different items in different aisles. I usually try to avoid this location due to the parking/overcrowded/running into everybody and their mommas here, but I usually end up coming anyway due to the convenience of the location. I usually spend anywhere from $200-1200 per visit every 2 weeks depending on what I buy and of course the higher amounts do include alcohol. I've never had an issue here. Can someone please tell me why the samples always taste sooo good, but once you purchase it tastes different?! Lol maybe because you're forced to finish that bulk item.

Making an appt is useless at this place. I showed up 15 mins early for my appt for a balance and tire rotation. They initially aid it would be about an hour and a half. I figured I would spend the time shopping. After about 45 mins they called and said they couldn't do the rotation because my back tires were in better condition than the front. I had a tire pressure indicator light that was lit on my dash and they said they would check that out. Over three hours later I'm still waiting here and I couldn't even get the service I brought my car in for. Horrible!

My dog, Duke, developed seizures a few months ago that REQUIRE medication to keep under control. Very timed administrations, at that. I went to Costco to pick up Duke’s seizure refill on Friday but they didn’t have enough for the entire prescription, so the kind lady gave me a few days worth until they got more in. Today, Monday, I went back to pick it up (it was $85.87 last month), and they charged me $129. I thought it was off, but what could I do...when I went to pay, I realized I forgot my debit card (which is all Costco takes), so I asked if I could just have 3 pills (24 hrs worth) and get the rest tomorrow so that Duke can have his medication tonight and not have to deal with seizures. Although the lady wanted to help, the men behind the counter declined and one went as far as to say “how much cash do you have on you? Then we can see how many pills we can give you” uhm...really?????? So I said “well, more importantly, how did you get a 40% price increase within a month and not have the decency to let me know?” He said “the previous manufacturer isn’t sending to Costco currently, it’s out of our hands.” The price increase might be out of their hands, but they should have an ethical duty to warn consumers. Anyways, it was overall appalling, especially being asked how much cash I had on me (none, by the way). So I left with no seizure medication for Duke and am taking my business elsewhere! I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and lack of empathy. Please think twice before choosing their pharmacy.

This location seems to be one of the better ones as i have had a great experience coming here shopping and looking for anything we may need . Highly recommend costco here if your looking for an easy in and out without delays like some other locations
