We bought a dining table with same-day pickup. Even though the store was busy and understaffed, Gilbert and Debbie provided exceptional customer service. They were patient, kind, and ensured our order was completed. Their service was so good that I'm willing to travel 45 minutes to this World Market again!

10 minutes and I haven’t moved in the checkout line. You’d think you would have more employees manning the registers the day after Christmas rather than on the floor once you see the huge line of customers waiting to pay.
