Very unwelcoming and Unprofessional Manager and her vibe seemed off when my Mother asked about a certain product that was saved for Saturday and didn’t remember the employees name and she was giving us attitude and dirty looks for no reason and seemed like she wanted to start a argument she should learn to respect others and have better customer service !!!!

I was really disappointed with the service. First, one employee was nice answering my daughter questions. At the time, I wanted to pay they asked me for my phone number or my steticist license. I didn't know I need that to buy there, because they state stylist welcome it doesn't said any one esle can buy.The they started to being rude , and we just left. It was a bad experience. I believe they have to let the customers know that if you are not a stylist you are not welcome in

This is my review of customer service during curbside pickup on May 8, 2020. I wish they had posted a note saying that incoming calls may be blocked if the associate is using the phone. Upon calling for pickup, I received a message saying that their number is no longer in service. I knocked on the locked door for a long time to let them know that customers were unable to call in. When the associate finally came to the door, she said,"I'm on the phone!" When I explained the message that I was receiving on my phone, she said, "that's because I'm on the phone!" Once my transaction was complete, and I was gone, the associate called me and left a voice message further explaining her needs. A posted note would be a "professional" means of communication.

It must be the pandemic or something...I got rude customer service...I called in an order to store #8876, and arranged for curbside pickup...I was told by the associate(I dont know her name, but I have her cashier #)..to park outside, and call the store when I arrive...So, I did...I called many times only to receive a message saying the phone # I was calling was disconnected or no longer in use....So, then I decide to get out of my car and knock on the door...I did, many times, only to see the associate walking around inside the store and not acknowledging her awareness of my presence....After knocking for awhile, I assumed she couldnt hear me, to I started pulling and pushing on the door to make a louder sound to catch her attention...When she finally came to the door, she angrily said, "I am on the phone!" I began to explain to her what I was hearing on my phone, and she quickly replied, "That's because I'm on the phone!" Then, she said, "Dont do that!" and she closed the door and locked it...I then purshed the doors again and let her know I wasnt happy with her response..She brought my things to me with no reply, except, "Here you go." After the transaction was completed and I had already left, she called my private phone to leave a message on how I should act when I pickup products, and how I should react when the phone message saying the number is no longer in service...I just wanted to make her aware of something about her phone service that I thought she didnt know...It turns out she did know, and she should have a note posted on the front door explaining this...I dont appreciate her calling my private phone after the transaction was completed. This happened on 5/8/20, from 1:30pm to 2:36pm.
