It was my first time at this location and I was treated with outstanding customer service by Rory. I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. She shows great knowledge of products and shared options on how to get the results I wanted to get done. Thank you so much in making my transaction nice and smooth. I walked out very happy with my purchase. We need more people like Rory who loves to help instead of just standing around doing nothing.

I am writing this post for one employee in particular and that's Rory! I hope I'm spelling that correctly. i've been to the store a few times and each time she's behind the counter just providing excellent service. She makes me feel reassured about the purchases that I'm making, she answers all of my questions as best she can and she doesn't make me feel dumb when I ask questions. That hasn't always been my experience at this location, so she really makes me feel confident stepping back in, thank you again customer service will always be challenging but your personality shines through!!!

I live in Chula, but this was my original Armstrong I went to years back. Now like then I get exceptional service and this store always has full stock. Unlike some others. The old national City location was also great but didn't always have stock. Heidi is awesome and so is all the staff in Kearney Mesa. I will drive here to get my supplies because I am always taken care of. Thanks

This is one of the best experiences I have had in Cosmo Prof. The store was clean, open and inviting. Me and my mother were greeted the second we stepped in the store. The cashier, Laurie, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She had a lot of knowledge about a wide variety of products from different product lines. Very personable and friendly. Thank you Laurie for being so helpful, you are a dying breed when it comes to customer service!!

I've been coming here for years & they don't disappoint. They're pretty stocked with all of the popular brands. The place is big, clean, & the girls are so nice. I usually come in early morning so I'm glad they operate early. I usually bounce between this one & the Hillcrest one before I go into work.
