Out of state visitor - facility was cleaned and well maintained. Instructors were passionate and they brought their own style to the class which were all challenging and meditative. One of my favorite instructors were Maureen.

I loved. I took a class with Allison and really enjoyed it. I came out very relaxed. The facilities are impeccable. There are mats to rent in case you don't bring your own (I was on vacation) and they lend you all the equipment. I recommend it ??????
